Material and labour for prepration of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at the rate of 5Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated/ compacted thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix (Design mix), mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows and like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread laid of approved colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat (using paving bitumen) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/ 100 (VG-10) grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75mm) using Hot mix plant & mechanical paver with (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade any penetration) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, (rolled and compacted by using 8-10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per directed complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : 3M, Dark Eye and Road Star)

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed. (Make : 3M, Dark Eye and Road Star)

Supply and fixing of metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45mm/ 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic polyster elastomer 3 bands of Green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm dia meter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to mild steel frame of angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50mm x 50mm square post made of mild steel angle 50mm x 50mm x 4mm, 4 metre long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900mm dia metre with support length of 3750mm and made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to Type-IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders as per IRC:67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to Class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm centre to centre to back support frame of mild steel angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm alongwith theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Numbers. Mild steel angles of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm to a vertical post made upto mild steel Tee Section ISMT 50mm x 50mm x 6mm welded with base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing mild steel message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical mild steel -Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts. Complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off rubbish off the premises of contonment complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, dados laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/ per square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, fitted with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' on 100mm thickness of concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base and all other similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of concrete and concrete based materials of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and material and labour for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surfaces over one coat of priming paint plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old/ unserviceable/ damaged road furniture items like cat eye, solar cat eye and delineator of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old/ unserviceable/ damaged sign boards of any description inclusive of mild steel post complete all as specified and as directed.
