Providing installation testing and commissioning of split type air conditioning machines in District Water Testing Laboratory Collegetilla Agartala including other allied works during the year 2025-26 2ndcall

Providing star rated (Minimum 3 star with applicable ISEER according to current industry standard) high eall split type AC machine (condenser & evaporator coil pipe should be made of copper) of approved make and technical specification with hermetically sealed compressor operating on non CFC refrigerant, pipe as supplied with AC machine, necessary plug top for IDU (With 01 year overall machine and compressor warranty) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS:1391 (Part-II) specification (Except power consumption) suitable for operation on 230 volt, 50 HZ, single phase AC supply capable of performing a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c) Air circulating d) Filtering having rated cooling capacity.

i) 2.0 TR split type high wall AC machine (rated cooling capacity should not be less than 6000 Kcal/ hr or 24000 Bthu/hr or 7000 watt)

Standard installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5/2.0 TR split in/c hole cutting, finishing etc. as per direction of the Eng-in-charge.

Supply, installation of additional length of copper pipe beyond 10 ft length of appropriate size as suitable for 1.5TR/2.0TR split AC as per manufacturer guideline {5/8" and 1/4" diameter etc.) for both suction and liquid line with insulation and necessary wiring between indoor and outdoor units.

Fabrication of M.S platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S angle of (50x50x5) mm size base plate, nuts and bolts/ universal bracket (GSS) for ODU of split Acs in/c all accessories for onsite installation i/c painting, fitting, fixing, grouting by cement mixure as per direction of the Eng-in-charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters & trusses and in/c=cutting to size and shape wherever required.

i) 0.63 mm thick Zinc Coating not less 275 Gm/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

i) 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

12 mm cement plaster of mix.

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (frame work to be paid separately)::
