Requireda) Civil Contractors/ Contracting firm having registration with Government of Andhra Pradesh under Special Class as per the G.O.Ms.No.94, are eligible.

Requiredb) The Contractor/Contracting firm should have RERA (Real Estate Regulation development ACT) registration at the time of Agreement.

Requiredc) The bidder shall pay the EMD i.e., Rs.20,00,000/- using NET BANKING/RTGS/NEFT from their registered banks or in the shape of Irrevocable Bank guarantee in favor of The Commissioner, GVMC in the standard format issued by any Nationalized Bank or Scheduled bank. The bank guarantee shall be valid for 180 days from the date of bid Closing date.

Requiredd) Original Bank Guarantee and Declaration must be uploaded in the e-procurement portal at the time participation in the pre-qualification stage.

Requiredg) The bidder shall provide evidence of the site visit by attaching images of the site, Including GPS location, date and time stamps. The concerned Executive Engineer / Superintending Engineer for the work will facilitate the prospective bidders for the visit to the proposed site of work. As a proof of site visit, the bidder shall upload the photographs with Geographical coordinates and certificat

RequiredThe bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works of value not less than Rs. 12 Cr in any one year during last ten financial years 2015-16 to 2024-25. The price level of each previous year will be increased by 10 percentage for evaluation purpose. Sub contractors / GPA holders experience shall not be taken into account.

Requiredi) The bidder should produce liquid asset / credit facilities / Solvency certificate not older than 1 year from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled Banks of value not less than Rs.5 Cr.

Requiredj) The Bidder shall have satisfactorily completed at least one (1) project involving the Design and Construction of a building with minimum built up area 50,000 Sft executed using shear wall technology, during the last ten (10) financial years preceding the Bid Due Date.

Requiredk) Availability key and critical equipment (eight owned or leased) under stating declaration on a non judicial stamp paper of worth of Rs.100/- with sufficient proof of equipment or leased agreement.
