M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete Type B-1, 1:5:10 (20mm graded aggregate and 12.50 mm in the ratio complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of pre-cast concrete masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashler facings dressed stone work and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in ground floor beams, chajjas shelves and other similar work and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M &L providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) (using 12.50mm crushed stone aggregates ) type B-0, as in luuvres and jallies 25 mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mould-ing but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed. Note: From work required for these items included in the unit rate of this item.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm and over upto and including 10 mm dia , as in stirrups , spacers , and binders , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for coloumns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepolished cement concrete tiles with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and no pigments 30 cm X 30cm X 20mm thick, machine pressed, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on floors for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Granite slab work 20 to 25mm thick in floors steps, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cutting recess opening for the sink portion and embedding complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Granite slab work 20 to 25mm thick in skirting/dado and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cutting recess opening for the sink portion and embedding complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base and finishing top surface even and fair complete all as specified and direccted.

S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning and the voids shall also be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new undecorated steel surfaces of any description and in any position exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeting 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cables, erection of poles / strut / stays etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
