To perform under term contract such services and execute such works are required site, upon te terms and conditions contained or referred to in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I Specification and MES Standred Schedule of Rates DSR 2020 Part-II, Rates together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded, and as are anumerated in the aforesaid Standard of Rates at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II subject to percentage in excess or less qouted by the contractor above. Or at such other net rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of "General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)" 1989 print with errata/amendments as applicable.
