WATER-COOLED SCROLL TYPE CHILLER UNIT (2W + 1S) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory designed, pre-fabricated and floor-mounted water cooled chiller machine of minimum 52 TR nominal capacity at site conditions, complete with semi-hermetic / hermetic scroll compressors having independent refrigerant circuits & automatic stepless capacity control, water-cooled S/T type condenser, S/T horizontal DX type evaporator having carbon steel shell and seamless copper tubes with elastomeric insulation, squirrel cage induction motor(s) of appropriate rating with class ‘B’ insulation, unit mounted star / delta starter(s) alongwith necessary drive arrangement, lubrication system required for smooth and trouble free operation of the chiller package as per manufacturer's design, common base frame, interconnected copper refrigerant piping along with elastomeric insulation, valves, flexible connections, expansion valves and accessories to interconnect compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve etc., microprocessor based control panel comprising of controls including sensors and equipped with a keyboard, LCD touchscreen access input system, protection and monitoring devices to perform control functions , wiring, vibration isolators, gauge panel, automatic safety controls, flow switch at evaporator and condenser and eco- friendly, CFC-free refrigerant complete all as specified and directed as under:-
The chiller shall conform to the following requirements / specifications:- [i] Chilled water inlet/outlet temperature: 12/5 ˚C [ii] Evaporator fouling factor: ≤ 0.00010 ⁰Fft²hr/Btu [iii] Evaporator side pressure drop: ≤ 5 m of H2O [iv] Evaporator water flow rate: ≤ Litre/min [v] Condenser water inlet/outlet temperature: 32/36 ˚C [vi] Condenser fouling factor: 0.00025 ⁰Fft²hr/Btu [vii] Condenser side pressure drop: ≤ 6 m of H2O [viii] Condenser water flow rate: ≤ Litre/min [ix] Minimum COP @ 100% load: 4.7 at AHRI conditions [x] Minimum IPLV @ 100% load: 5.8 at design conditions [xi] Refrigerant (eco-friendly type): R410A / R407C [xii] Test standard: AHRI 550 / 590 (I-P/2020)
NOTES FOR ITEM NO 01.00:- [i] The quoted rate shall be inclusive of star / delta starter(s), victaulic coupling and system integrator capable of giving industry standard (Modbus/BACnet) output to BMS for critical parameters. [ii] Mapping shall be required for all critical points displayed on the chiller control panel. The chiller shall be BMS compatible and shall have RS485 / RS232 serial communication protocol. [iii] The unit shall be suitable for 3- Phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC electric supply, with a built-in microprocessor based control panel. [iv] Initial / first charge of refrigerant gas & compressor shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. [v] Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of chillers as per OEM recommendation, etc. shall be deemed included in the scope of work.
CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION PUMP (2W + 1S) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock, self-priming, single-stage centrifugal pump, capable of 7.5 LPS discharge at 12 MWC head, having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced cast iron impeller, carbon steel pump shaft, gland packed sealing, deep groove ball bearings, etc. with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, conforming to IS 12615: 2018, and suitable for operation on 3-Ph, 415 V±10%, 50 Hz AC supply, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz. pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of apppropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Foundations all as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
HOT WATER CIRCULATION PUMP (1W + 1S) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock, self-priming, single-stage centrifugal pump, capable of 2.6 LPS discharge at 8 MWC head, having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced cast iron impeller, carbon steel pump shaft, gland packed sealing, deep groove ball bearings, etc. with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, conforming to IS 12615: 2018, and suitable for operation on 3-Ph, 415 V±10%, 50 Hz AC supply, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz. pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of apppropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed. FRP INDUCED DRAUGHT COOLING TOWER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FRP rectanguler shape, vertical, induced draught counter flow cooling tower of 110 TR size with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer, having tough fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, FRP basin, rigid honeycomb type PVC fill of suitable thickness, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes, FRP drift eliminator, energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blades pitch, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, conforming to IS 12615: 2018, suitable for operation on 3- Ph, 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply with IP 65 protection for enclosure, inlet, outlet, drain and over-flow nozzle connections, etc. complete with accessories as specified and directed. NOTE:- Necessary civil work viz foundation, supporting structure etc for placement of cooling tower all as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
CONDENSER WATER PUMP (2W + 1S) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock, self-priming, single-stage centrifugal pump, capable of 10 LPS discharge at 10 MWC head, having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced cast iron impeller, carbon steel pump shaft, gland packed sealing, deep groove ball bearings, etc. with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, conforming to IS 12615: 2018 and suitable for operation on 3-Ph, 415 V±10%, 50 Hz AC supply, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz. pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Foundation for placement of pump & pump accessories all as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
EXPANSION TANK FOR CHILLED WATER PIPING S&F SS- 304 closed expansion tank of 50 litre capacity with pressure rating to suit the system pressure and sized adequately to compensate for water expansion due to operating temperature variations, conforming to IS: 2825- 1969 for 'non-fired pressure vessels' complete with inter-connection piping, non-return valve, safety relief valve and pressure gauge, insulated with 50 mm thick elastomeric insulation and cladded with 26 gauge aluminium complete with accessories as specified and directed.
HDPE MAKE-UP WATER TANK FOR COOLING TOWER S&F multilayered HDPE make-up water tank of 20000 litre capacity made up of 100% virgin material, having 100% UV stabilized white outer layer, threaded lid, extra insert lid for protection against algae formation complete with inter-connection piping and non-return valve etc complete all as specified and directed.
HVAC PANEL Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made, CPRI type tested, indoor, cubical compartmental type "HVAC Panel" of suitable size, conforming to IEC 61439-1 &2, IEC 61641, having both sides openable with hinged double doors & locking arrangement and IP 42 protection made out of 2mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of suitable size, including earthing stud, labeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 tank process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, suitable for 3- Phase 4 Wire system, 500 V grade with necessary wiring, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length & size, including fixing lugs, cable glands, bolts, screws etc. complete with accessories as specified and directed. The HVAC Panel shall comprise of the following:-

[ii] Cl 1.0 multi-function meter capable of measuring V, A, F, PF, W/VA, Wh/VAh, Runhrs. Onhrs & interrupts- 01 Nos. [iii] LED phase indicators (Red, Yellow, Blue)- 01 Set

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to copper strip of size 20 mm x 3 mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe light grade of 40 mm diameter, connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and including excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm X 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep, with a 10 mm thick CI cover, hinged to CI frame on ground level, GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. complete as specified and directed.
M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20 mm X 3 mm copper strip complete as specified and directed.

CONDENSER WATER PIPING (MS ERW CLASS - 'C' PIPE) Supply, laying / fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water piping including necessary fittings viz. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, air purge valves, drain valves, structural support, necessary clamps, vibration isolators, etc. including painting and supporting / fixing the pipe in excavated trenches or on floor / wall / ceiling with clamps, hangers, angles, channels (using anchor fasteners) with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
NOTE FOR ITEM NO 17.00 to 17.04:- [i] The pipe size 150 mm NB & below shall be MS 'C' class as per IS 1239 (Part- 1): 2004 & IS 1239 (Part- 2): 2011. [ii] The pipe size above 150 mm NB shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS 3589: 2001. [iii] Minimum thickness of MS sheet for pipe size above 150 mm NB and up to 350 mm NB shall be 6.35 mm and it shall be 7 mm for pipe size 400 mm NB and above.
Y- STRAINER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 mm NB cast steel bolted cover Y-type strainer with CCS body conforming to ASTM A- 216 Gr. WCB, AISI 304 screen with 1.2 mm diameter perforation, 20 kg/cm2 body test pressure & 20 kg/cm2 maximum working pressure and standard flange end conforming to BS 10 Table F / Class-150 with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
BUTTERFLY VALVE Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wafer type PN 1.6 rated short pattern CI butterfly valve having Gr. FG-200 CI body conforming to IS 210: 2009, seat having EPDM rubber lining, CF 8 stainless steel disc, AISI- 410 stainless steel stem, 2.4 MPa body test pressure & 1.6 MPa seat test pressure and standard flange end conforming to BS 10 Table D/E & ANSI B 16.1 CI- 125 with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
NON-RETURN VALVE (NRV) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 mm NB wafer type PN 1.6 rated swing check type multidoor reflux valve (NRV), designed & tested as per IS 5312 (Part- 2): 1986, suitable to handle clear water having turbidity up to 5000 PPM, having CI body, door and diaphragm, leaded tin bronze seat rings and flange drilling standard end connection, etc. with other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
MANUAL BALANCING VALVE Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of precise balancing, double regulation type cast iron balancing valve having FG 200 cast iron body conforming to IS 210: 2009, copper alloy trim, stainless steel 2 Cr. 13 stem, 2.4 MPa body test pressure & 1.6 MPa maximum working pressure and standard flange ends with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
CHILLED WATER PIPING (MS ERW CLASS - 'C' PIPE WITH INSULATION) Supply, laying / fixing, testing and commissioning of chilled water circulation piping including necessary fittings viz. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, air purge valves, drain valves, structural support, necessary clamps, vibration isolators, etc. including painting and supporting / fixing the pipe in excavated trenches or on floor / wall / ceiling with clamps, hangers, angles, channels (using anchor fasteners) with necessary accessories duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminum foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
NOTE FOR ITEM NO 22.00 to 22.03:- [i] The pipe size 150 mm NB & below shall be MS 'C' class as per IS 1239 (Part- 1): 2004 & IS 1239 (Part- 2): 2011. [ii] The pipe size above 150 mm NB shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS 3589: 2001. NON-RETURN VALVE (NRV) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 80 mm NB wafer type PN 1.6 rated swing check type multidoor reflux valve (NRV), designed & tested as per IS 5312 (Part- 2): 1986, suitable to handle clear water having turbidity up to 5000 PPM, having CI body, door and diaphragm, leaded tin bronze seat rings and flange drilling standard end connection, etc. duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminum foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

3-WAY TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 125 mm NB electronic, self-balancing, pressure independent type dynamic balancing valve rated for minimum 25 bar working pressure with integrated 3-way modulating control valves in a single body and actuator capable of accepting up to 10 V DC and up to 20 mA electric signal and provide similar transuded feedback output to control system duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminum foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- [i] Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 bar for up to 50 mm valves. [ii] Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 7 bar for 65 mm & above.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 29.00 to 29.02:- [i] The pipe size 150 mm NB & below shall be MS 'C' class as per IS 1239 (Part- 1): 2004 & IS 1239 (Part- 2): 2011. [ii] The pipe size above 150 mm NB shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS 3589: 2001. [iii] Minimum thickness of MS sheet for pipe size above 150 mm NB and up to 350 mm NB shall be 6.35 mm and it shall be 7 mm for pipe size 400 mm NB and above.

NON-RETURN VALVE (NRV) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40 mm NB wafer type PN 1.6 rated swing check type multidoor reflux valve (NRV), designed & tested as per IS 5312 (Part- 2): 1986, suitable to handle clear water having turbidity up to 5000 PPM, having CI body, door and diaphragm, leaded tin bronze seat rings and flange drilling standard end connection, etc. duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminum foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
MANUAL BALANCING VALVE Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40 mm NB precise balancing, double regulation type cast iron balancing valve having FG 200 cast iron body conforming to IS 210: 2009, copper alloy trim, stainless steel 2 Cr. 13 stem, 2.4 MPa body test pressure & 1.6 MPa maximum working pressure and standard flange ends duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminum foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
3-WAY TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40 mm NB electronic, self-balancing, pressure independent type dynamic balancing valve rated for minimum 25 bar working pressure with integrated 3-way modulating control valves in a single body and actuator capable of accepting up to 10 V DC and up to 20 mA electric signal and provide similar transuded feedback output to control system duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminum foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- [i] Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 bar for up to 50 mm valves. [ii] Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 7 bar for 65 mm & above.
BALL VALVE S&F of PN 25 rated forged brass 15 mm NB ball valve, having lever operated two piece design, renewable P.T.F.E. seat, brass ball, machined brass nickle plated stem, P.T.F.E. packings, full bore port opening, screwed female BSP parallel thread end connections, body test pressure 40 kg/cm2g Hyd. and working pressure 25 kg/cm2g Hyd. duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminum foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
DRAIN & INSTRUMENTATION PIPING (MS ERW CLASS - 'C' PIPE) Supply, laying / fixing, testing and commissioning of drain piping including necessary fittings viz. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, air purge valves, drain valves, structural support, necessary clamps, vibration isolators, etc. including painting and supporting / fixing the pipe on floor / wall / ceiling with clamps, hangers, angles, channels (using anchor fasteners) with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
BALL VALVE S&F of PN 25 rated forged brass ball valve, having lever operated two piece design, renewable P.T.F.E. seat, brass ball, machined brass nickle plated stem, P.T.F.E. packings, full bore port opening, screwed female BSP parallel thread end connections, body test pressure 40 kg/cm2g Hyd. and working pressure 25 kg/cm2g Hyd. complete all as specified and directed.
AUTO AIR-VENT Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic air-vent valve with 20 mm end connections, brass OT 58 body and cover, polyacetal lever, high density expanded polyethylene float, EPDM rubber plug, stainless steel spring, polyamide cap etc. suitable for maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and maximum operating temperature 115 °C respectively, installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air complete all as specified and directed.
TEMPERATURE GAUGE S&F of 6" dual scale (°F/°C), lower mount (radial), bimetal thermometer having 0.5 NPT process connection, Grade A accuracy class as per ASME B40.200, stem diameter 6.35 mm, laminated safety glass window, stainless steel 304 case, steam, process connection & joint, aluminum dial & pointer, IP67 protection, scale range 0- 60 °C complete with accessories, etc. as specified and directed.
PRESSURE GAUGE S&F of 4" bourdon tube pressure gauge conforming to EN 837-1, having copper alloy process connection & pressure element, plastic black pointer & case, plastic crystal-clear window, snap-fitted in case, accuracy class 2.5, scale range 0- 25 bar complete with accessories, etc. as specified and directed.
DOUBLE SKIN AIR HANDLING UNIT Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double-skin type horizontal, floor-mounted, top / side discharge air handling unit capable of delivering 30000 CFM air at 2" W.G. static pressure and having thermal break profile complete with air-tight casing using gaskets and self-adhesive tapes and 0.8 mm thick pre-coated outer skin and 0.6 mm thick GI inner skin, 45±2 mm thick double skin panel with pressure injected CFC & HCFC free PUF having 'k' value of 0.02 W/°C/m & density 40 kg/m³, AMCA certified energy efficient plug fans with backward curved impellers for high static pressure mounted on aluminium extruded siderail base frame with VFD, EU4 pre-filter and EU7 fine filter (shall be mounted on a common frame), combination of 6/8 rows deep chilled water coils with anti-corrosion aluminium fins, suitable high efficiency (IE3) TEFC flameproof squirrel cage induction motor, electric step heater, PVC/nylon hinges & handles, view port and marine lamp, limit switch, SS-304 drain pan, vibration isolators/rubber pads (minimum 1" thick) inspection windows / doors, mixing box and supply / return / fresh air openings fitted with aluminium volume control dampers complete all as specified and directed. [d] Washable type of 'EU4' filter (pre-filter, efficiency 90% down to 10 micron) and 'EU7' filters (Micro Vee filters, efficiency 99% down to 3 micron) [e] 6 / 8 rows deep chilled water cooling coil section with 0.15 mm thick aluminum fins and 0.36 mm diameter copper tubes tested on 21 kg/cm², with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc. (a 350 mm service section between eliminator and heater is required) [f] Condensate drain pan fabricated from 18 gauge SS 304, powder coated and insulated with elastomeric insulation of suitable thickness [g] 2 row deep heating coil section with copper fins and copper tube tested on 21 kg/cm² with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc. [h] AHU panel made out of 2.00 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, duly powder coated in compartmentalized construction with incomer and outgoing feeders for AHU motor, 3-way valve actuator motor, fire damper actuator motor complete with required variable frequency drive (VFD), relays, timers, contactors, PT, push buttons, switches, internal wiring, etc.
[i] Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) with IP 55 enclosures and mains disconnect switch suitable for 15 kW and comprising of the following complete with accessories of Danfoss, Schneider, L & T, ABB or Fuji make. (1) Built in dual 5% impedance DC link reactor (harmonic filters) on the positive and negative rails of the DC bus of the Variable Frequency Drive. (2) Built in EMC filters (electro magnetic compatibility filters) for restriction of conducted emissions to comply with IEC61800:3 (un restricted distribution) :2004 Category C 1 (50 meter). (3) Three feedback PID controller having capability to simultaneously accept 3 feedback signals from temperature sensors or pressure sensors for process optimization and accordingly control the speed of the AHUs or pumps. (4) Integral graphical keypad. NOTES:- [i] The VFD and other necessary control equipment is deemed included in the quoted rate. [ii] Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of AHU, mounting of variable frequency drive (VFD) panel, construction of opening(s) for fresh/exhaust air etc. shall be covered in the scope of work.
FIRE DAMPER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 gauge GI fire damper, at least of 120 minutes fire-rating, spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C complete with smoke detector / thermister, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation, located in the SA / RA ducts, at all fire rated crossoevers (shafts, walls, etc.). along with control panel (located in such a way that the reset can easily be done), interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC to trip / close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone and tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI complete all as specified and directed. The fire dampers shall meet the following criteria: [a] Bare fire dampers with 400 mm sleeve [b] Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position. [c] Interconnection wire for the fire detection & alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers [d] Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommandations of the manufacturer.

HOT WATER GENERATOR Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of SS 304 shell type vertical electric hot water generator suitable for 75000 kCal/hr heat output at 90º F (32.2º C) temperature, tested for 350 psig pressure, having resin insulation bonded with fiber glasswool along with aluminium cladding, thermostat for individual step, digital thermometer for inlet & outlet pipes, pressure gauge with ball valve for inlet & outlet pipes, SCR based stepless linear controller, float switch, audio/visual alarm for low water level, audio/visual alarm for high temperature, pressure relief valve, door switch, safety thermostat, etc. including suitable pump complete all as specified and directed.
GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET DUCTING Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated galvanized steel sheet metal (G.S.S.) round / rectangular ducting of following sheet thickness having zinc coating of 120 g/m² total on both sides and complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, volume control dampers, hangers, supports, etc. as per approved drawings and conforming to the latest edition of IS 655: 2006 & HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible of SMACNA along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete all as specified and directed.
