E-26: Sea water leakage observed from port main engine sea water pump discharge pipe line view pin holes observed at multiple locations. Defect to be repaired and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. All in way job includes:- (i)Removal and refitment of sea water discharge pipe line. (ii) Disconnect overboard valve and refitment

E-27: Fire and bilge pump not developing sufficient pressure view discharge pressure not available from fire hydrants at different locations. Overhauling of fire and bilge pump alongwith chemical cleaning and blow through of fire main pipe lines to be carried out to clear blockages and pressure drop. Defect to be rectified and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes: (i) Removal and refitment of Fire and bilge pump. (ii) Removal and refitment of different fire main line (approx. length-50 mtrs).

L-027: 03 in nos weather deck lighting and 02 in no ceremonial light socket at flag deck not working and tripping main breakers from distribution board frequently view cable insulation observed low and producing shorts in ac line. Cable from distribution box to the deck lights and socket to be renewed as per sample(approx. length 35 mtrs). Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes:- (i) Removal and refitment of panelling. (i) Cable layout and securing and packing of glands through yellow compound and sealant
