S&F in replacement, outdoor type cable terminating jointing kit (Heat shrinkable type) complete with jointing material and accessary, suitable for 3 core 11000 volts grade HT XLPE underground cable size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm 3 core including testing after jointing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anti climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat)including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Unbinding ACSR conductor of any type from insulators and re-fixing the same on insulators of T poles after tightening / re-stretching to achieve the permissible sag in between spans with and including 2mm dia aluminium binding wire, complete all as directed. Note :- Distance between two poles considered as one span.

Unbinding GI earth wire of any type from insulators and re-fixing the same on insulators of HT poles after tightening / re-stretching to achieve the permissible sag in between spans with and including 1.63mm dia GI binding wire, complete all as directed. M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel aluminium painting to steel tubular poles (HT 11.0 m long) including cross arms , street light brackets, earth pipe , clamps with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces properly and providing 3 bands /straps 25 Cm wide with paint red signal post office colour and 2 band 25 cm wide with white synthetic enamel paint 300 mm apart from plinth block and numbering of poles 100 mm height with white paint in black box of size 125x125mm , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dehydration /filtration of transformer oil of existing transformers of capacity up to and above 40 KVA, installed at site with oil dehydration / filtration machine to improve the dielectric strength (not less than 40 KV at 2.5 mm air gap) of transformer oil including transportation of filtration machine at site etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only gasket set made out of cork sheet cut into shape sticking on transformer body with adequate quantity of adhesive to make the complete transformer body leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating, fixing in position cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from in structural steel section any type /size /shape including nuts bolts washers, welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as required at site, including painting with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including dismantling of old unserviceable existing cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of air break heavy duty gang operated, triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators and galvanised steel frame with operating rod of 25mm bore GI pipe (Medium grade) suitable for operating mechanism working from ground level for current rating 200 Amps , suitable for 11 KV, 50 Hz supply with and including 12 Nos. Insulators and drop out fuse carrier element, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying under ground cable, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in any type of soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (Soil) n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M & L for laying of dry, clean fine sand as in cushion or filling in trenches around underground cable, in ducts, inside sub station complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, laid flat i.e length of brick shall be laid across the length of cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement PVC underground cable, XLPE insulated, screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for 1 sec) cores laid up, inner PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip armoured, overall PVC sheathed electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded compact aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, confirming to IS:7098 (Part-II) with latest amendments, suitable for earthed system laid in duct / trenches/ along pole etc. including making connection, complete all as specified directed.

Maintenance, calibration and complete overhauling of 11 KV vacuum circuit breakers of existing make / type/ mode / capacity including dismantling of operating mechanism part, well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 solution and replacing unserviceable spare parts, reassembling of parts including , well cleaning the contacts the complete panel board, main bus bar, decarbonising all joints of bus bars, CTs & PTs, spout metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode, calibration & checking of tripping system of 11 KV circuit breaker through IDMT over current and earth fault relay at plug setting infented in service by primary current injection method to ensure proper functioning of trip coil control circuit etc. during fault condition setting by expert from authorised agency of state electric board including submission of calibration certificate complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts (if any) shall be measured and paid as "Supply only" under respective items of BOQ.

Supply only the following items suitable for 11 KV VCB of existing make and size complete all as directed:- (a) Shunt tripping coil

(b). Control switch 10 Amps, 660 volts.

(c). Push button actuators with carrier and contact element non illuminated flush spring return push button with 01 no. block, 22mm dia red colour.

(d). Push button actuators with carrier and contact element non illuminated flush spring return push button with 01 no. block, 22mm dia green colour.

(e). Toggle switch assembly.

(f). Fuse holder for british pattern fuse links as per IS-13703, 2 Amps.

(g). Fuse holder for british pattern fuse links as per IS-13703, 5 Amps.

(h). Panel heater switch

(j). Closing coil.

(k). Vacuum interrupter bottle module with ceramic housing as same as existing or as approved, suitable for outgoing VCB of 400 Amps rating

S&F, testing & commissioning in replacement of numerical earth fault and over current protection relay 11 KV with aux supply of 20 to 110 volts AC / DC with 2 NO + 2 NC contact including necessary wiring complete all as directed. Note:- All T&P and accessories required for testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

M&L for making jumper on HT poles / structures with same / existing size of ACSR conductor with suitable lugs as required at site including binding spirally on both side of conductor including binding with insulator, HT poles minimum length of jumper wire 1.20 m complete including providing PVC coloured sleeve suitable for 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting /Trimming the tree branches of any size touching /embracing the OH line of HT up to 1.5 m on both side of the OH line & up to 3 RM above the over head line including removing the same from site to a distance not less than 250 m away complete all as specified & directed including providing T&P as and where required, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Distance between two poles considered as one span. (ii) The contractor must ensure that there must be no damage to HT conductor / pole because of falling of tree branches. If any damage occurs due to this, the contractor at his own cost will do repair the same.

S&F in replacement of maintenance free battery for VCB, 12 volt, 65 Ah, complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of insulator of GOD, 11 KV, 200 Amps as per sample kept in AGE office, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of pipe 100 mm bore, light gradeas in cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HT insulation tapes, ISI marked for terminating high voltage cables, for insulation sealing of connection of wire and cable, for bus bar insulation, taransformer terminal insulation complete, all as specified and directed.

Repair of burnt out /perished cable ends 4 nos. each on incoming & outgoing feeders of panel equipments & other machinery including cutting of burnt ends. Preparing /dressing of cables ends with suitable size of cable lugs of any size with R,Y,B,N colour code sleeves, complete all as specified & directed.

Maintenance and complete overhauling of battery charger unit for 11 KV VCB of existing make / type/ model including de-assembling of operating mechanism of charger, well cleaning servicing and rectifying normal faults of circuits, replacing unserviceable parts (if any) by new one, overall servicing, testing and commissioning, complete all as directed. Note:- The cost of all spare parts required for smooth functioning of charger are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for road cutting for laying underground cable, including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders / stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate (Received from dismantling of existing road), 25mm thick premix carpeting using ready mix patch mate material, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work, complete all as directed.

Clearing away all grass vegetation ,saplings, shrubs, brush wood undergrowth roots and trees, not exceeding 30 CM girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance soft/loose soil and getting out of HT installations and 2/4 pole structure, including sprinkling anti vegetation chemical for complete area with spray machine, complete all as specified & directed

M&L for disconnecting the transformer of capacity 250 KVA from the electrical system, drain out old transformer oil, opening the top cover of the transformer and dismantling of tap changer, replacement of gasket & gasket set of transformer top body to make the transformer leak proof, re-assembling transformer in order to take out all moisture from the transformer assembly complete, connection work and re-assembling in position the top cover, conservator, breather, commissioning and testing with the system satisfactorily complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
