M&L for preparing of old black top surfaces wth brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc filled of voids with specially designed paste and applying Polymer Modified Emulsion (PME)- Rejuvenator mopping of total cold liquid PME 1 litre per sqm (Undulited) in two coats with mineral filler(1/8 part of PME by wight) as recommended by manufacturer of PME (after diluting with water), each coat diluted in the ratio 1:1 (PME : Water) and ensure uniform finish of runway complete all as per manufacture's instructions and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The tenderer shall take into consideration for the follwing points while quoting his rate for this item :- (a) Applicator : the work shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the manufacturer only. In case of non-availability of applicators, the approval will be obtained from E-in-C;s Branch.

(b) Mechanical spraying. Application of PME - Rajuvenator should be carried out mechanically to ensure homogeneous mixture of PME - Rejuvenator and mineral filler for uniform application. (c) Warranty : two years warranty of material performance and application performance to be obtained from the authorized manufacturre of PME- Rejuvenator. (d) Time Schedule : Understanding the urgency of rehabilation of runway and its deterioration, the work must be completed wihtin 60 days from the date of commencement of awarded work. (e) Approved Applicaators. AS R PME shall be manufacturesd by M/s LN Petro Chem Privite limited and M/s Hindustan Coals Pvt Ltd or any other make approved by E-in-C;s Branch. Make : Hincol CQS1h of equivalent product of shell India Markets Pvt Ltd as spcified and approved by GE). Note :- The tenderer shall consider the following point/details while quoating the rate for Item (i) No extra amount will be paid to the contractor if excess qty of PME using by the contractor than specified qty in the item.

M&L for single component 'ASPHA-FLO' coal tar free signature grade Gilsonite modified Asphalt emulsion, special polymers and additives streaming crack, joint stuffer to prevent cracks from forming into pot holes and filling of cracks and joints on asphaltic surface of the runway, shall be capable to be applied directly on damp pavement also and coverage shall be 24.20 metre/L for 6mm (width) x 6mm (depth) crack or 6.05 metre/L for 13mm x 13mm crack or 2.10 metre/L for 25mm x 25mm crack complete all as per manufacturer's instructions as specified and directed. Back-up rod to be used in case depth is more than 25mm. Make: M/s Srijan Systems Pvt Ltd or its equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for peparation,cleaning and removal of old bituminous/concrete painted surface etc, 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of white/black,golden,yellow,grey Runway/Road marking paint, water based ,complete all as specified and directed. (Make:Shalimar,asian,Johnson & Nicolsan, Berger, Indigo, Dulex, Nerolac Paints (all first Grade Only)

Cleaning of Mud/silt from monsoon drains of girth not exceeding 2.0m of any depth, including removal of wild vegetation there from , to out side MD land all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Note:- Cost of removal of existing cover slabs of drain and placing on same location after cleaning/removal of mud/slit and vegetation is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

All as per items No 5 above but width exceeding 2.0m but n.exc. 3.0 m width.

Demolition of cement concerete (unreinforced) in ground floors, and pavings n exc 15 cm thicknes and removal of demolished material to outside MD land.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type C- 2,1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all aspsecified.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring complete all aspsecified.

Demolition of Brick/stone/pcc block masanory work built in cement mortar in any description and removal of demolished material to outside MD land.

M&L for precast concrete type C1 (1:3:6) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm width and setting in CM (1:6) as as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded aggregate in coping all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on cement concrete block masanory surface,finshed even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less all as as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing demolished material etc to outside MoD land beyond 100mm lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

Forming construction joints 50mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound. Grade ‘A’as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Forming Dummy joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound. Grade ‘A’as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling PCC paver block laid dry any description or thick in floor, apron etc.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid block kerb stone of minimum size 300x300x150mm factory made of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including weathering of chamfered angles etc and setting in cement mortar (Road side Kerb Stone).

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment

Laying only Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment

M & L for cement concrete 75mm thick type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded agreegate) as in sub base

M & L for 25mm thick sand filling incl spreading levelling, well ramming in layers incl consolidation by machenical vibrator.

M&L for and laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaslt concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compated to required camber and graidient by using binder content paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30 complete all as specified and directed.
