INTRENAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 5 star rated energy efficient, silent including provision of 3 core copper flexible cable conductor cable 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose and rotary step type regulator.

S&F heavy duty exhaust fan of 450mm sweep, 240V, metal body including luvers and shutters, fixed as per manufacturer instruction, connection with and including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor, PVC Insulated and PVC sheathed three core cable complete.

S&F LED tube of 1x20 W (4 feet) 230V, 6000k, Taskline AL slim LED batten excellent energy saving and maintenance free operation, Housing made up of extruded aluminium and extruded PC diffuser complete with all accessories and all as specified and directed by EIC as per Make :- Orient Cat Model No. LBLN-20-C-ALor equivalent from Appendix 'B' . Note :- In case of equivalent model, Parameters like type of body and cover, burninig hours, temperature, lumen etc shall be strictly compared before approval.

S&F LED Security light luminaire 1x25 W having IP-65 protection, with minimum system efficiency as>85%, made of PRESSURE DIE CAST housing toughned glass in the front and peanut lens for batwing light distribution with excellent thermal management. The fitting should have rated CCT 6000 K complete with all accessories like bracket clamp etc all as specified and directed by EIC. Make Orient cat model No. LSFS-025-CF or equivalent from Appendix 'B' . Note :- In case of equivalent model, Parameters like type of body and cover, burninig hours, temperature, lumen etc shall be strictly compared before approval.

AMF PANEL OUTDOOR TYPE :- The AMF Panel OUTDOOR TYPE suitable for 250 KVA DG set factory made out of CRCA Steel 16 SWG Sheet, floor mounted type and front operated type, totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be suitable gasketed to form dust and vermin proof. The panel would be powder coated with minimum thickness of 50 microns, stove enameled paint finished after elaborate pre-treatment to form a long lasting characteristic. Note :- Platform for DG Set shall be provided as under:- precast cement concrete block masonry type 1;5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and set in CM 1:6 over PCC 1:5:10 foundation concrete, 15mm thick plaster in 1:4 and 2 coats of cement base paint complete for foundation of DG set all as directed. The quoted rate shall deemed to include provision of platform as stated above.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, triple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixing in position of capacity 10000 litres all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING

Installation, testing and commissioning of factory designed pre-fabricated and floor-mounted water vapour compression scroll-type water-cooled chiller machine complete with hermatic scroll compressors with independent refrigerant circuits, water-cooled S/T type condenser, S/T horizontal flooded type evaporator with carbon steel shell and seamless copper tubes with elastomeric insulation, common base frame, interconnected copper refrigerant piping and wiring, vibration isolators, gauge panel, automatic safety controls, flow switch at evaporator and condenser and ozone friendly CFC-free refrigerant gas R134a/407C. The quoted price shall be inclusive of a unit mounted automatic star/delta starter (to ensure that the starting current does not exceed twice the full load current), victaulic coupling, system integrator capable of giving industry standard (modbus/bacnet) output to BMS for critical parameters. Mapping shall be required for all critical points displayed on the chiller control panel. The chiller shall be BMS compatible and shall have RS485/RS232 serial communication protocol; the motor shall be suitable for 3- Phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC electric supply; electric panel shall have an IP 54 rating. Note: i) Water Cooled Scroll Chiller unit as lying at site will be issued under Sch B for incorporation at the rates mentioned therein. ii) Contractor shall inspect the material being issued under Sch B, assess for the balance items and minor repairs required to make it fully functional and the rates quoted shall included for these elements and no extra payment shall be paid on this account. iii) Necessary civil work viz. PCC foundation for placement of chillers shall be provided as per instructions of manufacturer and EIC. The quoted rate shall deemed to include provision of civil work like foundation and platform etc. The chiller shall be as per the approved particular technical specifications and shall meet the following design criteria:-

Note :- (i) The Plant shall meet inside condition of DBT 20+/-2 degree C and 60+/-5% RH. (ii) The tonnage stated is indicative contractor to work out heat laod calculation prior to quoting. Any increase in tonnage due to actual calculation shall be deemed to be included in the bid & it will be the sole responsibility of the L1 to maintain inside condition of temperature and humidity through out the year/all weather condition.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock, self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal volute type pump suitable for 7.1 LPS water flow and 32 MWC head alongwith elastomeric insulation having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced phosphor-bronze/SS impeller, high tensile steel shaft, carbon steel stuffing box (sealed by mechanical seal), deep groove ball bearings, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having IE- 4 efficiency and conforming to IS: 12615- 2018, base plate, mounting channel frame, elastomeric insulation, accessories and fittings, viz. mechanical seal, pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting suitable for operation on 3- Phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed. Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of pump, mounting of star/delta starter panel and pump accessories shall be provided as per instructions of manufacturer and EIC and the cost shall deemded to included this provisions in quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FRP rectanguler shape vertical induced draught counter flow cooling tower of nominal cooling capacity 60 TR with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer, having tough fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, FRP basin, rigid honeycomb type PVC fill of suitable thickness, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes, FRP drift eliminator, energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blades pitch, TEFC squirrel cage high efficiency induction motor with IP 65 protection suitable for 3- Phase, 415 ± 10% V, 50 Hz AC electric supply, inlet, outlet, drain and over-flow nozzle connections, etc. Necessary civil work viz. The cooling tower shall be as per the approved particular technical specifications.

The fire dampers shall be spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C. The fire damper shall be located in the SA/RA ducts, at all fire rated crossoevers (shafts, walls, etc.). The control panel shall be located in such a way that the reset can easily be done. These combination smoke and fire dampers shall be interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC and shall trip/close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone. Fire damper shall be tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI.
