Removal & refixing of insulation and cladding sheet of water wall tubes steam walls, water wall tubes around soot blowers and burners wherever required including screw, insulation hooks & scaffolding etc.

Screwing of loosen boiler aluminium sheets where ever required includingscrews

Replacement of castable refractory at various locations such as inspection doors, furnace doors and Boiler hopper panel bends inclusive of temporary approach and platform.

ESTIMATED CONTRACT VALUE (ECV)

Note: The Contractor shall quote the rates excluding statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods & Service Tax. Quoting the rates inclusive of EPF, ESI, GST by the tenderer, the tender is liable for rejection even he becomes L1.

The statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods& Service Tax will be reimbursed on production of proper documentary evidence provided the amount claimed will be restricted to the provision made in the agreement or actuals whichever is lesser.
