Assistance in carrrying out miscellaneous routine works for preventive maintenance of various substations and transmission lines under 220KV OandM Division, PTCUL, Pantnagar

Assistance in elecrical preventive maintenance of 220 KV substation Pantnagar consisting of 2×160 MVA (220/132 KV) transformers, 2×80 MVA Transformers (132/33 KV) transformers, 2×50 MVA Transformers (220/33 KV) transformers, 11 nos. 220 KV bays, 8 nos. 132 KV bays and 21 nos. 33 KV bays, 132 KV substation Rudrapur consisting of 2×40 + 1x20 MVA (132/33 KV) transformers capacity, 6 nos. 132 KV bays and 11 nos. 33 KV bays AND 132 KV substation, Kichha consisting of 2×40 + 1×20 MVA (132/33 KV) transformers, 9 nos. 132 KV bays and 16 nos. 33 KV bays by carrying out following miscellaneous works on routine basis and with round the clock availability of manpower; (a) Routine visual checking of red hot points, flashpoints, burned jumpers etc. in 220 KV, 132 KV & 33 KV switchyards. General routine maintenance of outdoor equipments/panels in 220 KV, 132 KV & 33 KV swithcyrds i.e. CBs, isolators, bus bars, CTs, PTs/CVTs, matshalling kiosks etc. including scheduled cleaning, lubrication, tightening of connections/jumpers, replacement of minor damaged parts of equipments, replacement of jumpers/clamps/connectors etc. as per direction of engineer incharge. (b) Routine cleaning of all type of transformers, their marshalling boxes, OLTC etc., maintenance of cooling fans i.e oiling, greasing, cleaning etc., LT electrical connections, tightening of loose connections, cleaning of oil collection pits as per direction of engineer incharge. (c) Routine checking of complete length of control cables and power cables between indoor panels/equipments and outdoor equipments/kioks/panels, cleaning, replacement of damanged/burned cables, tightening & replacement of damaged terminals/connections/lugs etc., re-ferruling whenever required. (d) Routine maintenance of battery cells and battery chargers i.e. daily cleaning of battery room & battery cells, mainting fluid level, specific gravity, applying of petrolium jelly etc. complete in all respect. (e) Routine maintenance of indoor panels in control room and PLCC room i.e. control & relay panels, ACDB & DCDB system, indoor transformers, indoor & outdoor illumination system etc. including scheduled cleaning, lubrication, tightening of connections/terminals, replacement of minor damaged parts of panels, tracing of circuits etc. as per direction of engineer incharge. (f) Attending minor breakdowns such as replacement of damaged jumpers, replacement of burnt and damaged equipments (bus bar, isolators, CT/PT/CVT) parts, replacement of burnt/damaged CT/PTs, replacement of damaged/burned HT/LT connections and peripherals etc. excluding works which require equipment specific technical expertise and special T&P etc. such as repair of transformers. CBs etc. (g) Any other routine substation electrical maintenance related works assigned by engineer incharge as and when required. At 220KV S/s, Pantnagar 01 No. operation signifies deployment of 03 Nos. highly skilled fitters and 02 Nos. skilled fitters for a period of 08 Hours. At 132KV S/s, Kichha and 132KV S/s, Rudrapur 01 No. operation signifies deployment of 03 Nos. highly skilled and 01 No. skilled fitters for a period of 08 Hours. Assistance in routine maintenance of following sub-divisionwise different transmission lines under 220 KV O&M Division, Pantnagar; (a) 220 KV O&M Subdivision, Pantnagar :- 220 KV S/C Barelliy-Pantnagar Line (71.72 Ckt. Kms.), 220 KV D/C Kashipur-Pantnagar Line (123.83 Ckt. Kms.), 220 KV S/C Pantnagar-TML Line (1.72 Ckt. Kms.) & 220 KV S/C Pantnagar-Haldwani Line (LILO Section) (9.56 Ckt. Kms.). (b) 132 KV O&M Subdivision, Rudrapur :- 132 KV S/C Pantnagar-Rudrapur Line (7.6 Ckt. Kms), 132 KV S/C Rudrapur-Kichha Line (20.31 Ckt. Kms.) & 132 KV S/C Pantnagar-Haldwani Line (LILO Section) (9.94 Ckt. Kms.). (c) 132 KV O&M Subdivision, Kichha :- 132 KV S/C Kichha-Richha Line (22.48 Ckt. Kms.) & 132 KV S/C Kichha-CPP Line (18.87 Ckt. Kms.). The routine maintenance of above mentioned lines by carrying out following activities :- (i) Regular patrolling, preparation of patrolling report, close visual inspection of complete line route i.e. clerance of line corridor, position of trees/hindrances, condition of towers, tower accessories, conductors, conductor accessories, flash points, red hots points etc. as per the direction of engineer in-charge. (ii) Looping-chopping and pruning of tree branches, bushes, vegetation required for maintaining proper clerance of line coridor as per direction of engineer in-charge. (iii) Cutting and felling of trees imposing danger to line towers & conductors as per the direction of engineer in-charge. (iv) Tightening/replacement/fixing of loose/damaged jumpers and other conductor accessories. (v) General tightening/replacement of tower members and tower accessories including fixing of missing tower parts and tower accessories as per the direction of engineer in-charge. (vi) General checking of tower legs, earthinng and fixing of defect, if any as per the direction of engineer in-charge. (vii) Attending minor breakdowns such as replacement of burned clamps & connector, replacement of damaged jumpers, replacement of damaged slack spans etc excluding major breakdown works which require specific technical expertise, specific and huge manpower and special T&P such as replacement of damaged cross arms, replacement of damaged towers, replacement of dics/insulator strings, replacement of damaged/broken conductor involving longer spans etc. (viii) Any other routine preventive maintenance works directed by engineer in-charge. At 220KV O&M Subdivision, Pantnagar 01 No. operation signifies deployment of 03 Nos. highly skilled labourer and 02 Nos. skilled labourer for a period of 08 Hours. At 132KV O&M Subdivision, Kichha and 132KV O&M Subdivision, Rudrapur 01 No. operation signifies deployment of 03 Nos. highly skilled and 01 No. skilled labourer for a period of 08 Hours.
