Preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based material any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers) by scarping with steel scrapers or any other mean including filling depressions of scrapped surface with putty and preparation of surface for further treatment and Material and labour for two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a 3 mm thick of wall care putty on walls including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats distemper oil emulsion , white or tinted over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling including preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick of CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with mixing of water proofing compound complete all as directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of New Plaster surfaces of wall and applying external wall care putty in two layer 3mm thick on new plastered surfaces and making surface even and smooth to receive external emulsion and applying two coat of weather coat exterior premium emulsion (Asian paints Apex Ultima Advanced Anti Algal weather proof exterior Emulsion) over a coat of primer complete all as Specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm (weight not less than 600 gms/per sqm) and fixed with aluminium wire staples, wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness and any description from metal frame and supply and fixing 3 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and directed.
