Providing Shovel / Hydraulic Excavator of 0.85cum 110Hp on hire basis for removal of high berms including hire & operational charges, fuel charges, crew charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per the direction of the departmental authorities for dismantling of Reinfored Cement Concrete.

Supply and placing of the VRCC M30 Grade Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using 60% of mixer 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) 40% of 12mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarries, cement qty. of 400Kgs including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying of concrete, curing etc., complete as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities for finished item of work. The rate including centering and scaffolding charges but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) of SAIL/VSP/TATA Fe 415/Fe500 grade bars for reinforcement as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and typing and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming frills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental,operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including etc., complete for finished item of work as per S.S.

Engaging of skilled/un-skilled workers on NMR basis for attending various works as per the directions of departmental athorities.

Providing roofing with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profile sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove, including cost & conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for erection and fixing in position etc., complete as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorites. (50% of existing G.I. profile sheets are considered for re-use)

Supply, delivery and fixing of M.S. square/rectangular hallow pipes for roof purlins of approved size & thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for fabrication, cutting, welding, grinding including painting with Zinc chromate red oxide primer coat etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.
