Operation and maintenance of electric driven pump set with 01 (one) Semi skilled FGM including its periodical maintenance such as gland packing, lubricants, cleaning properly to keep dust free all the time with one operator per shift, each shift of 08 hours for duration of 24 hrs for the following pump sets at Bhanada pump house complete all as specified and directed and as detailed below:- (a) Centrifugal pump sets - 5 Nos, each of capacity 60 HP (Pump House No 1 & 2) (b) Submersible pump sets - 6 Nos each of cap 40 HP (Bore well No 5,6,7,8,9 & 10) (c) DG Set of capacity 250 KVA - 01 No (d) LT panel for pump set, DG Set and Bore wells - 09 Nos.

Operation and maintenance of RO Plant with 01 (One) Semi Skilled FGM including its periodical maintenance such as gland packing, lubricants, cleaning properly to keep dust free all the time with one operator per shifts each shift of 08 hours on two shifts a day including sunday and Holidays (1st Shift 06.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs and 2nd Shift 14.00 Hrs to 22.00 Hrs ) for duration of 16 hrs for following pump and DG sets installed at RO Plant in Domestic Area, Near URC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and as detailed below :- (a) High Pressure Pump Sets ,Cap 5 HP - 02 Nos (b) Low Pressure Pump Sets , Cap 4 HP - 2 Nos (c) Chloronome plant Decrin Dozing type - 02 Nos (d) Monoblock submersible, 2 HP Capacity -01 Nos (Waste water UG Sump) (e) LT Panels of Pump sets -03 No (f) DG Set of capacity 30 KVA -01 No

Preventive maintenance of electronic liquid Chlorine dosing plant for water disinfactant of cap upto 6 LPH any make including checking serviceability of injector , valves , discharge and suction tube , knob for speed/stroke complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of drining water collected from local source (Bore Wells/UG Sumps /RO Plants in the area of AGE E/M (AF) Naliya, and submission of detailed test report to the office of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-2012 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, turbidity, PH value, TDS total hardness, iron, chloride, fluoride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Coli in 100 ml) with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purposes. (ii) Collection of water from different sources of water ie. Sump, bore wells & shallow well in a sterilized bottle and testing in NABL Approved laboratory. Note :- Rate Quoted shall also deemed to be included for the followings:- (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of samples from source (sump, bore & shallow wells)

Note for item Nos. 1.00 to 3.00 (i) The installations will be handed over in operating state on the date of commencement of work. (ii) The operator shall ensure the serviceability by trial and alert for operation. (iii) The work will be continued without Holidays. The Contractor shall employ extra Tradesmen for relief on Holidays/ weekly Holidays. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. (iv) Required fuel to be collected from MES Store Yard. (v) Disinfection/ treatment of water by using chemicals as issued by department under Sch 'B' including operation and maintenance /repair/cleaning of Chlorine dozing pump and bleaching dozer including providing and fixing minor spares ie bleaching dozer rubber bladder, PVC pipe heavy duty, Nuts, bolts and washers etc all as directed. (vi) Any spares like gland packing/ rubber packing, hose pipes, belts etc. required for smooth functioning of DG sets and pump sets shall be Contractor's supply in timely and of full responsibility of the Contractor. (vii) Employ (FGM) in each shift (ITI Certificate holder from Government/ Government recognised Institute having minimum 04 years of working experience in the trade only) with all protective clothing's, maintenance tools, metering equipments, safety equipments for working at above installations. (viii) All operators shall be paid their salary/ wages through Bank Account only and the proof thereof shall be produced strictly by the contractor while claiming RAR/ Final Bill. (ix) If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/ BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of Financial Bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/ BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months and his bid will be rejected. FDR/ BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contract whenever applicable. (x) Operating connected accessories such as all type of Butterfly valves/ Sluice valves & connecting accessories. (xi) If any loss or damage takes place to the equipment, machinery, tools, stores, fitting and fixtures and any other equipment installed in the Pump Houses/RO Plants premises during the contract period, the same shall be made good/born by the contractor. (xii) General cleanliness and upkeeping existing plants and vegetation within the premises of the pump house/UG sump/RO Plant within the boundary wall by deploying additional manpower with T&P if required at any time and all as directed. (xiii) Mixing of Bleaching powder/Calcium based solid granular chemicals/ disinfectant Granules sodium dichloro Iso-Cyanurate chemicals/sodium Hypochloride and transportation of the same from MES store to installation shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of the items. (xiv) Bleaching powder/Calcium based solid granular chemicals/ disinfectant Granules sodium dichloro Iso-Cyanurate chemicals/sodium Hypochloride/ Diesel shall be issued under sch 'B' free for mixing/pouring only and transportation of the same from MES store to installation shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of the items. (xv) Contractor shall be responsible for watch and guard of installations round the clock 24 hours. Any loss or damage to the plant, equipment installed and Govt. property in the Pump house/RO Plant premises shall be made good/born by the contractor. (xv) Contractor will submit the complete details of the tradesmen along with their qualification certificate before commencement of work. (xv) Contractor shall keep the record of water testing (Water Testing Kit as per IS will be provided by contractor separetly for each installations), medical kit shall be provided by the contractor in each Installations. (xvi) Contractor shall be responsible for watch and guard of installations round the clock 24 hours. Any loss or damage to the plant, equipment installed and Govt. property in the Pump house/RO Plant premises shall be made good/born by the contractor.
