Removing U/S top and S&F new top made of 19mm thick pre laminated particle board of BWR gde confirming to IS:303 (One side choice and other side balancing white laminated of size as per drawing and as per existing), with 6mm thick teak wood lipping all as shown in drg and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Removing of U/s handle and S&F new handle 100mm long powder coated non ferrous metal alloy all as per drg and as specified.

Removing the u/s Telescopic Channel &S&F new Telescopic Channels duly powder coated 250 mm and 1.6mm thick. ( both channel to be replaced)

Side Board (FD-1112) Removing the following existing U/s components of Side Board and providing new components of size and shape shown in drg.

Removing broken Top of side board of size 1025mm x 450 mm and supply & fixing of new top of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board, Ext grade (One side choice and other side balancing white laminated), with 6mm thick teak wood lipping, alongwith 4mm thick teak wood edging to be provided

Removing u/s handle S&F new powder coated handle of size 100mm as per drg.

Removing u/s Catch spring and S&F new catch spring as per drg and as directed by Engr-in -charge

Repairs to Board Notice (FD - 99 (M)) as under:-

Removing broken glass of board notice of size 1830 mm x 1220 mm and supply & fixing of new glass 4 mm thick of glass size 1830 x 1220 mm.

Removing u/s soft board of Board Notice of supply & fixing of new soft board of size 1145 x 1755 mm on board notice size 1830 x 1220 mm.

Removing u/s Green Baize Cloth of Board Notice of supply & fixing of new Green Baize cloth of size 1145 x 1755 mm on board notice size 1830 x 1220 mm.

Repairs to chair writing (FD - 280) Removing the following unserviceable components of chair writing and providing new components of size and shape complete all as specified and as shown in drawing .

Rear leg made of Ist class Hard wood of size 890x55x30mm

Front leg made of Ist class Hard wood of size 675x55x30mm

Repairs to CHAIR WBB (FD-225) Removing the following unserviceable components /parts of chair WBB and providing new parts complete all as specified and as shown in drawing .

Re-caning of Wooden Chairs and Chair Verandah

Re Canning of chairs except chair verandah. Taking down existing u/s old cane from chairs and other furniture like stool dressing, bin soiled linen etc. Cleaning to cane holes. Supply and fix new plastic cane of 2 mm wide, 0.5 mm thick, 1/2 round, approved quality of "GODREJ PATTERN" using minimum weight of cane mentioned in drg and 4 mm wide 1/2 round cane to be used as border al around all as shown in drg. (FD-280, 279, 229, 75(M), 244, 252)

Taking down unserviceable plastic cane or nylon newar from chair verandah by supply and fix new plastic cane of 4 mm wide 0.5 mm thick white colour half round. Weaving shall be matt pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (FD-256, FD-359)

Repairs to PEG TABLE (FD-277, FD-384) Removing the following existing U/s components of table Peg and providing new components of size and shape shown in including French polishing hard wood components with matching finish, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing .

New Table top shall be PFT(Post Forming Top) made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade, lamination both side (teak Shade and balancing white) extended minimum 50mm beyond the bottom edge fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing old UNSV tapestry cloth from cushion and S&F New tapestry cloth duly provided by Zip. Cost of tapestry cloth should be not less than Rs 250 per meter size of cushion 560x520x100mm thick

Replacement of old cushions of Sofa Set Five Seater/Sofa Chairs with new cushions: Removing of old existing cushion's and replacing with new cushions of size 560 x 520x100mm thick 32 mm density of Make : Sleep well /Kurlon/MM Foam approved by GE and covering with existing old tapestry cloth all as specified.

Repairs to Table 900 x 600 mm with drawers and with out drawers (FD -283, 284)

Removing broken legs and replacing with new legs made out of Ist class Hard wood of size 740x50x55mm and as specified in Drg.

Removing broken drawer from table with drawers and replaced new drawer made of Ist class Hard wood and fixed with 6 mm ply wood bottom BWR grade of Make KITPLY/CENTURYPLY/ARCHIDPLY all as per drg

New Table top shall be PFT(Post Forming Top) made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade, lamination (teak Shade) extended minimum 50mm beyond the bottom edge fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Repairs to Table centre (size 900x450mm) (FD-274) Removing the following existing U/S components of Table centre and providing new components of size and shape shown in Drg and polishing all exposed parts of Table centre after repairs / replacement of parts.

Removing of U/S Top and S&F New Table top shall be PFT(Post Forming Top) made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade, lamination (teak Shade) extended minimum 50mm beyond the bottom edge fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Removing the u/s legs supply and fix new legs of size 60 x 60 x 750 mm of 1st class Hard wood (Teakwood)

Powder coated MS angular plate of size 150mm x 30mm x 5mm thick screwed to the legs right angle with long rail and short rails.

Repairs to table writing (FD - 275, 249) S & F of following u/s components and polishing after repairs.

New Table top shall be PFT(Post Forming Top) made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade, lamination (teak Shade of size as per drawing and as per existing) extended minimum 50mm beyond the bottom edge fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Removing u/s legs , supply and fix new legs of 1st class Hard wood as per existing pattern

Removing u/s drawer and replacing with new drawer made with 12 mm plywood BWR Gde as per existing pattern

Replacement of doors with 18 mm pre -laminated board on one side nature Teak face of Make ARCHIDPLY/ASSOCIATE/ECOBOARD with 4 mm thick teak wood beading and piano hinges screwed and new knob all as shown in drg

Repairs to TABLE DRESSING GENTS (FD/E6/MAP/16) M&L after removing the existing U/s parts from Table dressing Gents, repairing including S&F new parts of Table dressing gents and all as specified and shown in Drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Mirror shall be of 5.5 mm thick, Backed by 12 mm thick BWR Gde plywood as per IS:303, covered by decorative mould.

Removing broken /UNSV glass shelves S &F new Glass shelves of 8mm thick all as per drg.

Removing broken / UNSV Magnet Catch S& F new magnet catch all as specified and shown in Drg.

Repairs to TABLE DRESSING LADIES (FD-251,378) M&L after removing the existing U/s parts from Table dressing ladies repairing including S&F new parts of Table dressing ladies and all as specified and shown in Drg and directed by Engr-in-charge and polishing to table dressing ladies with one coat of spirit polish after preparation of surface.

Mirror shall be of 6 mm thick, Make 'MODIGUARD' duly Teak wood 6 mm thick frame and 6 mm thick plywood BWR Gde 6 mm thick on back side of the frame.

Top 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board one side Teak finish and one side veneered of Make ARCHIDPLY/ASSOCIATE/ECOBOARD with 4 mm thick Teak wood edging around.

Removing broken knobs, S&F new knobs shall be used of 32 mm dia round chromium plated.

Supply and fixing 6 mm thick sliding glass of size as per existing or as directed edges machine grinded complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to Teapoy, 600 mm X 450 mm X 540 mm (FD– 382, 278) Removing the following U/S components of Teapoy and providing new components of size and shape shown in Drg and polishing all exposed parts of Teapoy after repairs / replacement of parts.

New Table top shall be PFT(Post Forming Top) made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade, lamination (teak Shade) extended upto minimum 50mm from the bottom edge fixed in position all as specified and directed.

French polishing to Following wooden furniture as under :- Note:- (i) Rate includes for Material and Labour for scrapping the existing polished surface with proper/suitable sand paper, filling up the cavities and holes with proper wax or filler to make surface even and smooth, preparation of surface and applying French polish to the following items complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Work will be executed in BSO's store Accn as well as where the furniture exists in different user unit in OTM/Md Accn of Navy at Porbandar & Okha under the jurisdiction of GE (I) Navy Porbandar. The rates also includes shifting of furniture in occupied building and and placing in position after polishing complete all as per directed by Enginner-in-Charge.
