M & L for Calibration of VCB / RMU relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB upto 90 % rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing u/s overload and earh fault relay including connection with power pack.Opening out the trolly checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically including checking of TNC switch.Testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Maintenance to be carried out the reps of OEM like CG, ABB, C & S (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished from OEM

M & L for maintenance of VCB / RMU11 KV, 400/ 630 /1200 Amps including removal of VCB trolley, cleaning of all copper male and female contact, tightening of all connections, checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, servicing of relays, etc. refixing the VCB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual/motorize operation of VCB, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Maintenance to be carried out the reps of OEM like CG,ABB,C & S (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished from OEM

S & F in replacement of vacuum interrupter , suitable for 11 KV HT VCB 11 KV 630/ 800Amps capacity cat No. 520/SP of Make CG or equivalent make approved by GE.

S & F in replacement fixed contact block of V.C.B 11 KV 630/800 Amps capacity cat No. 522/SP Make CG or equivalent

S & F in replacement moving contact block of V.C.B 11 KV 630 /800 Amps capacity cat No. 524/SP Make CG or equivalent.

S & F in replacement motor & gear assembly 220 Volt AC motorised mechanism of V.C.B 11 KV 630/800 Amps capacity including testing & puting on load cat No. 537/SP Make CG or equivalent.

S & F in replacement closing coil assembly 24/110V DC for HT VCB 11 KV 630/ 800A capacity cat No. 594/SP Make CG or equivalent make approved by GE.

S & F in replacement tripping coil assembly 24/110V DC for HT VCB 11 KV 630/800A capacity cat No. 599/SP Make CG or equivalent make approved by GE.

S & F in replacement auxillary switch (6 No+6NC) for HT VCB 11 KV 630/800 Amps capacity cat No. 562/SP Make CG or equivalent make approved by GE.

M & L for replacement of complete power pack unit of 220 V/110 V AC input and 110 V/24VDC output fixed inside the HT VCB/RMU unit complet for back up of the tripping system of Circuit Breaker etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement digital four pole non directional Microprocessor based IDMTL 3 over current +1 Earth fault with instantaneous element relay with high set & RS 485, Aux. supply 20-110 volt DC model MC 61CNX of Make L&T or equivalent models of crompton/ ABB/Siemens / Areva complete and testing on load .

M&L for Replacement of auotmatic spring charge motor of the Vacuum circuit breaker of exisiting make and model complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 11 KV current transformer (CTs) for HT Panels indoor type resin cast epoxy type of 13.1 KA/sec having ratio 60/5+5 Amps suitable for metering and protection equipment installed on control panels including control cables as per site requirement upto control panels terminals block and fixing on bus bar section having class of accuracy 5P10 , burden 15 VA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement PT unit three phase three limb, epoxy type upto 11 KV draw out type single ratio having primary 11 KV & secondary voltage 110 volts 200 VA class I, including necessary bus bar connection & wiring for metering after disconnecting of HT supply from HT VCB of capacity 100 to 630 Amps for repair works, taking out unserviceable PT unit.

Supply and Lay Insulating Polymat 5mm thick ISI marked for 11/12 kV Installations in substations as per OEM specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV / underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as Specifeid and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV /underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm, extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,jointing and testing of cable joint kit of 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV /underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm, extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV /underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm, extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,jointing and testing of cable joint kit of 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cutting under the road /pavement /hard standing or in any other situation with the help of manual labour (bocki) for crossing of U/G cable through it and making both the end good complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying galvanised steel water tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings ISI marked and laid in trenches under roads, through drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, for cable protection of 100 mm dia, including taking out old/existing pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points.

M&L for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry sand; gently punning down all as directed and specified. Note: For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered.

M&L for unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV type I, flat size 300x180x40 mm laid transverse to cable.

Relaying of unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV type I, flat size 300x180x40 mm laid transverse to cable.

Supply & Fix in replcement of HT 11 KV 3 core 95 Sqmm cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( HT ), heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade 95 Sqmm x 3 core all as specified and directed by EIC.(Note : (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required

Taking out unserviceable/serviceable HT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the sizes of cables 95/120 Sqmm all as directed by Engg in charge.

Relaying the serviceable HT 11 KV 3 core 95/120 sqmm of size cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( HT ), all as specified and directed by EIC.(Note : (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required)

M & L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 Cm (Height) x 30 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with Red colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "DANGER, HT 11 KV CABLE" to be written with white colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 30cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block, placing at interval of every 50 M complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for shifting of RMU/VCBs from one place to another place by disconnecting its all electrical connections transporting though their own veh and loading unloading etc. Note- The cost of the transporting veh and crane is deemed to be included in unit rate.

M&L for tracing out HT cable fault through HT fault locator machine by HT expert and testing of HT cable through megger and repair the same. Note:- The cost of the earth work, equipment and person required for locating fault is inclussive in unit rate (ii) Joint of cable will be measured separately under relevent item.

S & F danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour of size 25x20cm and fixed on HT equipments with M.S.screws complete all as speicified and directed
