S & F in replacement the new portion of long rail of Charpoy with Hard Top Map ( FD/Map-II/01) with 16 gauge thick mild steel conduit 65 mm x 25 mm and 1916 mm long with gas welding complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new portion of short rail of Charpoy with Hard Top Map ( FD/Map-II/01) with 16 gauge thick mild steel conduit 65 mm x 25 mm and 836 mm long with gas welding complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new stiffner of Charpoy with Hard Top Map ( FD/Map-II/01) with 16 gauge thick mild steel square conduit 25 mm x 25 mm and 836 mm long with gas welding complete all as specified and directed.

CHARPOY GI PEPE WITH PLY TOP FD-220 &221 M&L for removing of old unserviceable Ply Woood Top and S & F in replacement the new ply wood of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 ) with 12 mm thick commercial BWR (07 No of ply) size 1980 mm x 905 mm on charpoy frame as top fixed with 10 Nos nuts, bolts and washers (3 Nos on each long rail & 2 Nos on each short rail) bolt head counter sunk machine made size 75 mm x 5 mm with 2 Nos nuts & washers on each bolt complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed. Make of Plywood :- Centure / Kitply / Greenply

M&L for removing of old unserviceable mild steel flat iron 25 mm x 4 mm of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 ) fixed with long rail with bolt head counter sunk machine made size 75 mm x 5 mm with 2 Nos nuts & washers on each bolt and applying two coats of synthetic enameled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to the newly fixed flat iron complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new long rail of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) with 32 mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked duly threaded both sides and fixing in the charpoy complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Cutting the removed long rail from Srl item No. 4.00 here-in-before and making the same to short rail of the charpoy and threading the both ends and fixing the same in the Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Removing old existing unserviceable short rail from Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) and cutting the same and making it to the legs of the charpoy 480 mm long and threading the one end and fixing the same in the Charpoy and providing mild steel flat iron 25 mm x 3 mm clamps made to shape and gas welding to the legs including 3 mm thick mild steel plate making it to the round shape of size 3 mm x 50 mm and gas welding to the bottom of the legs of charpoys as shoe to the charpoy including removing old unserviceable legs with clamp and plate complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new check nuts of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) for 32 mm bore GI pipe medium grade check nuts 6 mm wall thickness and fixing in the charpoy complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new elbow of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) for 32 mm bore GI pipe medium grade elbow 3 way weighing not less than 415 gms each ISI marked and fixing in the charpoy complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed. Note :- The amount of credit has been mentioned in the Sch of Credit in pdf form and the same will be deducted from the amount of SCh 'A' at the time of acceptance of work.

REPAIR TO RACK SHOE STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/04) Removing old unserviceable portion of and S&F main frame of Rack shoe steel 25mm dia pipe

Removing old unserviceable portion of and S&F 3mm dia MS wire (9 Nos,equidistant)and 3mm dia MS wire (3 Nos,equidistant) size 700mm x 300mm. All as shown on drg.

M&L for Rack shoe steel and perpration of surface for painting with spray to complete Rack with one coat of synthetic enamel paints Black completely as directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR COMPUTER/REVOLVING (FD/E6/Map/04) Removing of old and unserviceable Cloth of Chair seat and back and S&F new superior quality cloth fixed with takel blue. Cloth shall not be less than Rs 200/mtr and colour & quality approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing lifting jack/shocker after taking out unservicable jack/shocker.

Supply and fixing caster roller pin/ screw type after taking out unservicable caster roller pin/ screw type.Make- ISI Mark

Supply and fixing PVC arm rest after taking out unservicable arm rest.

REPAIR TO TABLE COMPUTER (FD/E6/MAP/03) Removing of existing broken damaged top of lower stand of Table Computer of size 300mm x 450mmx18mm thick & supply and fixing of new top of prelaminated partical board of size 300mm x4 50mmx18mm thick & edging shall be provided all round the top with PVC beading patti plan type all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removing of existing broken damaged top of lower stand of Table Computer of size 300mm x 300mmx18mm thick & supply and fixing of new top of prelaminated partical board of size 300mm x4 50mmx18mm thick & edging shall be provided all round the top with PVC beading patti plan type all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removing of existing broken damaged bottom of key bd of Table Computer of size 475mm x 440mmx18mm thick & supply and fixing of new bottom of prelaminated partical board of size 475mm x440mmx18mm thick & edging shall be provided all round the top with PVC beading patti plan type all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removing of existing broken damaged partical board portion of side stand of Table Computer of size 650mm x 150mmx18mm thick & supply and fixing of Prelaminated partical board of size 650mm x150mmx18mm thick fixing with 06 Nos screws all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

S & F of New Steel handle of size 100 (ISI Marked)

Removing of existing broken damaged top of Table Computer of size 900mm x 550mmx18mm thick & supply and fixing of new top of prelaminated partical board of size 900mm x 550mmx18mm thick & edging shall be provided all round the top with PVC beading patti plan type all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

REPAIR TO FORM WITHOUT BACK-FD-77 Remove old & unserviceable portion of MS square at legs of form without back and S&F new tubing by gas welding of 25mm MS square tube of 1.6 mm thick upto 6" long as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable seat from the form without back and supply and fix new seat of Ist class hard wood (Indian teak)of size 1525 x 255 x 25 mm well seasoned in one piece,free from knots, cracks and sap and applying two coat of french polish to achieve glossy finishing and fixing with steel frame of form without back with nuts, bolts and washer and applying one coat of black/olive green synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of frame complete all as directed.

REPAIR TO FORM WITH BACK-FD-78 Remove old & unserviceable portion of MS square tube at legs of form with back and S & F new tubing by gas welding of 25 mm MS square tube of 6 " long x 1.6 mm thick all as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable seat and supply and fix new seat of Ist class hard wood (Indian teak) of size 1800x255x25mm in one piece well seasoned free from knots, cracks and sap and applying two coat of french polish to achieve glossy finishing and fixing with steel frame of form with back with nuts, bolts and washer and applying one coat of black / olive green synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of frame complete all as directed.

Removing old & unserviceable back of form back and supply and fix new back of Ist class hard wood (Indian teak)of size 1800 mm x150x19 mm in one piece well seasoned free from knots, cracks and sap and applying two coat of french polish to achieve glossy finishing and fixing with steel frame of form with back with nuts, bolts and washer all as shown in drg and as directed.

Running welding at places for loosened joints.
