Quenching of fires in the Crushed coal stock yard pertains to Stage-I&II as and when required in Operation Division of CHP/ Stage-I&II /Dr. NTTPS

Clearing chute jams during Rainy season or from the date of commencement of work up to the exhaust of quantity, as and when required in Operation Division of CHP/ Stage-I&II / Dr. NTTPS

Cleaning of the Stagnated wet coal and its coal boulders after breaking the coal boulders at wagon tipplers-1&4 grid hoppers as and when required in Operation Division of CHP/ Stage-I&II /Dr.NTTPS

Charges for movement of load wagons from railway siding to wagon tipplers 1&4 and formation of empty wagons and return back to railway siding in Operation Division of CHP/Stage-I&II/Dr.NTTPS#

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
