M&L for Servicing/ Health Check for 11 KV SF6/ Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Ring Main Unit, Load Break Switches etc. as Physical Operation check with Interlocks, Provide Lubrication if required, Check Tightness of contacts and etc. problem rectification complete all as specified and directed. Make of HT RMU panel is ABB (Minimum - 2 To Maximum - 4 Feeders per Panel) (at MRS, MES, SMQ, PH, OMQ, MT, AFNET, HQ, RCP-02)

M&L for overhauling, checking of wiring system, replacement of minor defective spare parts, setting of tripping plugs according to the load, carrying out Complete Testing like Insulation Resistance Test, Calibration with Secondary Current Injection Test, Setting, Relay and Control Circuit Test, CT Ratio check, for 3 Phase, 11 kV, 50 Hz, VCB based Panel for each way /circuit and submitting test report, tripping of system as per setting, complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Numeric Relay is C&S, Ashida (at MRS-02, SMQ, MES, PH, MT)

M&L for Coupling of exisiting RMU Panels of CCF+ and CF+ by removing existing HT Cables, Shifting the HT Panels as required (n.exe 3 mtr apart) opening the HT Bus Chamber and providing new HT Bus along with necessary Box to closer, coupling the both panels along with necessary insulators, nuts, bolts, screws, etc connecting cables and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Make of exisiting HT Panels is ABB

Replacement of 90 degree lug boot for HT terminals on each phase for protection of the HT terminals from moisture/dust etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Raychem/ Birla-3M/ Denson

M&L for replacement of Self powered numeric relay for accurate tripping system and closing any opening of panel with necessary sheet and fixing, setting the relay for desired valves and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Make: ABB/ Ashida/ C&S / Schinder

M&L for replacement of tripping coil in exisitng 11 kV, HT VCB based RMU Panel with new tripping coil of same specifications and testing complete all as sepecified and as directed. (at MRS)

M&L in replacement of induction type CT over HT Cable of rating 40/1 Amps, Class 1, SP10, with burden 15kA as per existing model in ABB HT RMU Panel complete all as specified and as directed. Make: ABB/ C&S/ CG/ Schinder

Supply and Lay Insulating mat of Class B, Thickness not less than 2.5 mm, for 11 kV working voltage, 45 kV Dielectric Strength, IS 15652 marked, Installation in substations as per OEM specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration/ Filtration of transformer of capacity 75 kVA to 250 kVA installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 50 to 60 kV during filling of oil, after intial filtraction, including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site. Note: contractor shall produce the transformer oil tests showing oil test results before and after filteration consisting of transformer details all as directed. Note: Test Report to be produced for payment.

Supply & filling of transformer oil in transformer / voltage stabilizer in situ/ at site for topping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40-60 kV during filling after initial filtraction conforming to IS-335 complete all as specified and directed. Make: Power/ Insole/ Universal. Note: transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container.

M&L for shifting of transformer from MES substation to Workshop (located at vijayawada) exc 90 km and n.exc 120 km by hiring separate vehicle for repairs and shfiting of transformer back to MES Substation, along with hiring of crane for loading and unloading of transformer, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: No load testing for 08hrs to be done at workshop or at site before energising the transformer after replacing the burnt winding and reassembling the transformer.

M&L in replacment of burnt HT and LT winding coils in one phase with copper coils of same guage as existing, along with complete insulation over HT and LT coils as per standard specifications and refixing the same in transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L opening the top cover for physical inspection, Cleaning transformer tank, removing minor particles from coils in working condition with oil, Ovening the transformer coils, replaceing of LV, HV, Outer, Inner, gaskets, breather assembly with silca gel, painting, tight packing the tranformer, etc testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for breather container with silica Gel of suitable size for 11 kV / 433V distribution transformer of capacity upto 250 kVA of size 500 grms complete all as speicifed and as directed.

M&L for silica Gel Crystal type suitable size for 11 kV/433V distribution transformer complete all as speicifed and as directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm with insulated coloured sleeve and aluminium lugs on both sides of length 1.5 mtr connected to GOD / Drop out fuse on each phase on two pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV /underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm, extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV /underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm, extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as specified and directed. .

S&L XLPE insulated, 11 kV, 95 Sqmm,3 Core screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: This 25m stretch HT cable is for standby provision from structure to transformer/ VCB to transformer for all substations to be utilised in case of failure of such link cable or its termination

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of transformer of any make and capacity upto 250 kVA by cleaning, rubbing and scrapping the rusted surface to remove oil and dust etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of exisiting colour by spray paint machine by covering orginal name plate and other marking plates, complete all as sepecified and as directed.

S&F in replacement air break, Gang Operated Device, 11 kV, 200 Amps rated, Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 'C' Channel frame, made up of proceline insulators 06 fixed and 03 movable, with operating mechanism working from ground level with pipe and handle along with locking provision complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of lightning arrester high tension of 11000 V grade expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65KA including taking down of old complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Expulsion fuse single pole 11000 volts up to 100 Amps along with fuse wire complete all as specified and directed including taking out U/S one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out periodical maintenance two pole structure of 11 KV distribution system including replacing of damaged / rusted bolt, nuts, greasing to all moving parts of GOD/ AB switch, tightening of all loose bolts, applying petroleum gelly to AB switch contact. Checking and tightening of earth connections, tightening of bracket, clamps, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Seven step Tap Changer including taking down of burnt out tap changer for transformer of rating 100 kVA to 250 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Overhauling of Tap Changer and replacement of necessary spare parts and making the tap switch functional complete all as specified and directed.
