Construction of granular sub-base by providing salvage material, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and plants including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).. Using Fine Sand (yellow) @0.256 cum/cum and salvage material.

Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material Plant Mix Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material such as natural sand/crushed gravel/crushedstone/combination depending upon the required grading spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by appropriate mechanical mixure (with controlled addition of water), and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve at least 98% of the maximum dry density for the material determined as per IS:2720 (Part 8), complete as per clause 401 Grading-V materials. Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates (Pakur variety) of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @ 4.0% (min) for Grading -1 and 4.5% (min) for Grading -2 by weight of total mix and filler(hydrated lime ) as per table 500-10 and mix design done as per table 500- 11and job mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a pressure at least 0.56 MPa as directed by E-I-C, and to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 505.3.5 complete in all respects (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 505).
