Eligibility Criteria

Single entity or Joint venture (maximum 2 members) is acceptable

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder should quote exclusive of GST

Tenderer are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

Should comply all the conditions as per the tender document

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees as per KPPP norms

Past Experience

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as UGD project /STP project/water supply project/Irrigation Projects /combined water supply & sewerage project/combined water supply or Sewerage project with Road/combined water supply or Sewerage project with Layout works/combined water supply or Sewerage project with Building works of value not less than Rs 637.00Lakh

Capabilities of Vendor

Executed in any one year of the last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) the following minimum quantities of works:(1)Earthwork excavation in all kinds of strata / embankment / Sub grade by mechanical / manual means-6252 cum(2)PCC/RCC concrete-2782cum (3) Reinforcement Steel-133 MT

The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license and should have executed similar electrical works totaling to Rs. 91 Lakh in any one year

The tenderer or his identified subcontractor should possess experience in Construction of SBR/FAL/HAAF/CAMUS/NEBR/ETP/equivalent Type STP/WTP with minimum of 1.30 MLD Capacity in last five years in single work

Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished
