Taking down Old unserviceable GI pipe at in any position for repairs and taking credit all as directed for 20 mm bore size pipes/fitings etc.

Taking down Old unserviceable GI pipe at in any position for repairs and taking credit all as directed for 25 mm bore size pipes/fitings etc.

Taking down Old unserviceable GI pipe at in any position for repairs and taking credit all as directed for 40 mm bore size pipes/fitings etc.

Taking down Old unserviceable GI pipe at in any position for repairs and taking credit all as directed for 50 mm bore size pipes/fitings etc.

Taking down Old unserviceable GI/CI pipe at in any position for repairs and taking credit all as directed for 80 mm bore size pipes/fitings etc.

Supply and fix GI pipes (in trenches) medium grade 20 mm bore with all fittings / GI bends complete in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipes (in trenches) medium grade 40 mm bore with all fittings / GI bends complete in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches, jointing and testing 100mm bore centrifugally cast ductile pressure pipe class K9 conforming to IS- 8329-2000 with necessary DI fitings including rubber tyton joints including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches, jointing and testing 150mm bore centrifugally cast ductile pressure pipe class K9 conforming to IS- 8329-2000 with necessary DI fitings including rubber tyton joints including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note for item 14 & 15:- (i) Excavation, earth work and DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Standard length of pipe shall be 5.50 metre or 6.00 metre as available. (iii) The measurement of pipes shall be net as fixed between the fittings including short lengths without any allowance for cutting and wastage and for the portion entering in the sockets of pipes and fittings.

M&L for DI fittings for spigot socketed / flanged pipes such as bends of any type, radius and angle tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc) Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plug size upto 150mm bore, all as per IS- 9523-2000, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipes medium grade 20 mm bore with all fittings ISI marked complete fixed to wall/ducts and ceiling or laid in floors as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipes medium grade 25 mm bore with all fittings ISI marked complete fixed to wall/ducts and ceiling or laid in floors as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipes medium grade 40 mm bore with all fittings ISI marked complete fixed to wall/ducts and ceiling or laid in floors as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipes medium grade 50 mm bore with all fittings ISI marked complete fixed to wall/ducts and ceiling or laid in floors as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Sluice valve confirming to IS 13095 CI body PN 1.6 ISI mark complete with nut, bolt and flange reqd for fixing of valve including dismantling/taking out old, unserviceable items for taking credit all as directed and specified for 150 mm bore

Supply and fix MS flange 80 mm confirming to IS to joint motor and pipe including replacing fibre/ rubber gasket, nut bolt and washer as per site requirement complete including taking out/removing old, unserviceable items for taking credit all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix MS flange 50 mm confirming to IS to joint motor and pipe including replacing fibre/ rubber gasket, nut bolt and washer as per site requirement complete including taking out/removing old, unserviceable items for taking credit all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix CI body non return valve 80 mm dia bore ISI marked flanged both ends PN 1.6 rating, complete with jointing material including taking out/removing old, unserviceable non return valve for taking credit all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix CI body non return valve 50 mm dia bore ISI marked flanged both ends PN 1.6 rating, complete with jointing material including taking out/removing old, unserviceable non return valve for taking credit all as directed and specified.

Taking down u/s 3 layer PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stabilised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for Hot & Cold water supply all PP-R plain and brass threded polypropylene random fittings concealed/ laid to walls, ceiling or in floor etc for the following size of pipes:-

(a) 32 mm OD

(b) 25 mm OD

Sypply and fix 3 layer PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stabilised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for Hot & Cold water supply all PP-R plain and brass threded polypropylene random fittings concealed/ laid to walls, ceiling or in floor etc for the following size of pipes:-

(a) 32 mm OD

(b) 25 mm OD

S & F in replacement PPR Gate valve (brass insert) for PP-R pipe of following sizes:-

(a) 32 mm OD

(b) 25 mm OD

Mild steel works as in framed structure for support base reqd for fixing of motors using MC channel and angles of any size & shape as required & ordered including all type of fabrication work including cutting ways, drilling, welding necessay for accomodating suitable size bolts & nuts,painting with two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxidde all as directed including dismantling/ taking old rusted broken items complete for taking credit all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for PCC in foundation,filling and mass concrete as in motor foundation type B2 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded aggregate.

M&L for PCC in floors or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate 25 mm thick.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position all as speciified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor including all quoins all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar 1:6 complete at various locations all as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on brick work complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm using hard dense soil obtained from excavation, complete.

Removing surplus hard dense soil obtained from excavation/ demolition exc 250m but not n exc 500m and depositing at places allowed by BMC all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve pit 1000 mmX1000 mmx1000 mm internal diamensions including pcc foundation 1:3:6, brick work in class B bricks,coping in pcc 1:2:4, cover and frame in angle iron 40X40X6 mm with 2mm thick cover etc complete with locking arrangement all as specified and directed at site.
