Providing Human resources Services (Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic / Instrumentation Engineers) to Hutti Gold Mines

Experience in providing technical manpower i.e. The bidder should have experience in supplying technical personnel to any Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) or Private Company during the last three financial years: FY 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25. The bidder must enclose at least one work order issued within the last three years for the supply of manpower not less than the estimated requirement of 6 personnel (Technical) as specified in this tender. Relevant work orders, agreements, or completion certificates must be submitted as documentary evidence.

The bidders should have in the Five years period i.e. FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 achieved in at least two Financial years, the turnover per annum not less RS. 50 Lakhs. The turnover certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant shall be enclosed.

The bidder should submit the EPF registration certificate.

The tenderer should submit the GST Registration.

Income-tax returns filed by the tenderer for the last three financial years i.e. FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.

Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account statement to support annual turnover in the Five years period i.e. FY 2020-21, 2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)
