A/R M/O Building under BM-I Division during 2026-27. SH- Hiring of Tempo for day to day works at the Service Centres of BM-I Division and the area under the jurisdiction of NDMC

Hiring of Tempo of make TATA, MAHINDRA, MARUTI SUZUKI, ASHOK LELAND or equivalent having minimum payload capacity of 625 kg with the hydraulic jack along with diver all including tools , petrol, CNG gas/ Fuel Mobil Oil etc. require for its running. All damages tear & wear, punishments / challan due to violence of traffice rules shall be borne by agency himself. The tempo should be in Good condition and upto date documents like PUC certificate , insurance etc. should be maintainted by the owner of the tempo which shall be required along with all the permission / permit for carrying all types of buildings materials , silt, malba and rubbish etc. anywhere in NDMC area or outside of the NDMC area at any time as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge . The tempo shall be sent as and when required for a shift or part thereof , where a shift is of 8 hours or maximum 50 km running per shift as per requirement of department and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In - Engineer ( nothing extra shall be paid on any account)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25 Kms. Lead i.e. Shastri Park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge . Weighting and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures / rules of the C&D Waste plant . The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rats will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
