Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level)

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and sirected

M&L 60 mm thick (M-35 mix) with grey cement and pigment, glossy rubber mould interlocking tiles (paver blocks red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over and including 30 mm thick compacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Supreme/Mehtab or any other ISI marked as approved by GE

Dismantling chain link fencing wiremesh, any type, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC), any section embedded in concrete, brick work etc. including taking out embedded portion.

S&F chain link fencing plastic coated of size 75 mm x 75 mm, made out of 4.00 mm outer dia, straining bolts etc. including provn of binding wire or with nuts/bolts.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum, getting out in hard dense soil returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers, n.exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface

M & L for 10 mm dia and over deformed or twisted bars cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in line bars for securing chain link fence etc.,

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing , flat iron as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S&F Mild steel bolts, machine made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 05 cm but n exc10cm of 11to 15mm dia of neck complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces al as specified.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement morter

M&L for block masonry with precast cement concrete type 1:5:8 (20mm graded aggregate) solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on PCC block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as specified. (Note : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only inetergal water proofing compound

M&L for preparation new plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of wall and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint over a coa of water base primer comlete all as specified and as directed using Nerolec surksha / Asian ACE / Berger Walmasta
