Required1. The Bidder should have minimum 5 years of experience in supply of high-voltage insulation resistance testers (5 kV & above). The bidder/OEM should have successfully supplied at least 3 similar 10 kV IR testers to power utilities/large industries in the last 5 years. Documentary evidence such as purchase orders and performance certificates shall be submitted in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
Required2. The bidder shall be an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or an authorized dealer of the OEM. Necessary documentation proof shall be submitted
Required3. Bidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy
Required4. Bidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN code
Required5. Bidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp
Required6. Bidder shall quote only for the makes, specifications and material of the items mentioned in the Schedule
Required7. Bidder should submit detailed technical specifications with catalogue if any
Required8. Bidder should submit acceptance to provide the equipment shall have a minimum warranty of 24 months from the date of supply
Required9. Bidder should submit acceptance for payment terms i.e. 100% within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition
Required10. Bidder should submit acceptance that the supplied instrument shall be factory calibrated and supplied with valid calibration certificate traceable to NABL/International standards
Required11. Bidder should submit acceptance for Provision for periodic recalibration support in India shall be ensured
Required12. The Bidder should submit acceptance to ensure after-sales service support in India
Required13. The Bidder should submit acceptance for Availability of spares and service support for at least 10 years shall be guaranteed
Required14. The bidder should submit acceptance to provide online or on-site training to operation and maintenance staff for proper usage and interpretation of test results after supply
Required15. The bidder should submit acceptance to provide Operation & maintenance manuals, Calibration certificates, Test reports, Troubleshooting guidelines along with material
Optional16. Bidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered
Optional17. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
