S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge / roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft /loose soil (or Similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as directed.

M&L cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling for post holes and mass concrete complete all as directed.

Preparation newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of RCC roof and histing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position with replacement of nipple/union/socket check nut of capacity exc 500Ltrs n.exc 1000Ltrs incl cleaning & removing of all scab & dirt etc from tank & from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as directed

Cutting chase in brick walls, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealing APP membrane etc and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in repairs APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3.5 Kg/Sqm and Minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (Wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm land on primed surface by forced application completed including rendering 10 mm thick of CM 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with mixing water proofing compound @3% by weigh and cleaning surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint on roof or vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply only Integral WPC complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L Cement concrete ( 1:3:6) type C- 2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base /plinth protection etc. Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete prepolished coloured chequered tiles 300x300X20 to 25 mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of size 300X300X100mm PCC grade M-15 (design mix)and of shape and size as directed , set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar (1:4) fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earth work and making good the disturb surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in repair for Curtain rod, powder coated aluminium alloy of 25mm dia pipe decorative finish with and including supply and fixing powder coated decorated type brackets, stops, rollers etc. fixed on walls with brass screws with PVC rawl plugs as in curtain rods complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 4mm thick designer ceiling board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instruction, laid on hot dipped galvanized iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white, The frame work shall be comprises of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanized steel sheet and of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 12mm centres fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick of CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with mixing of water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L Providing and applying cement base plaster of Paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Disconnecting existing serviceable PVC tanks of capacity upto 500 litre, firstly inserting mud pump of 0.5 HP by dewatering process dewater the tank and clean the bottam of using vaccum cleaner by vaccumming process after that clean the wall of tank with scrubbing process by using non toxic ecofriendly chemical for cleaning the wall as approved by the Engineer-in-charge then the clean the walls of tank using high pressure jet spray, setting aside (or lowering if reqd) for repairs cleaning etc and hoisting if reqd reconnecting and re-fixing in original position including all inlet and outlet water connection and re-fixing existing MS frame and writting of dates of cleaning and due with synthetic enamel paint and stensil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in repair ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 25mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor etc. including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site/keeping aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 20mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor etc. including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site/keeping aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only old serviceable 20mm bore galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) & connections/fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. in new or old portion/position to walls, ceiling and laid in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Old serviceable pipe and fittings obtained from taking down/up item shall be reused.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20 mm bore with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper allow, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in repair 20mm gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper allow, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 20mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

S&F HDPE tank cover with nuts and bolts etc, of approved quality pattern all as directed by engineer-incharge.

Supply & fixing in repair Angle cock cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for size 15mm bore complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement 450mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 600mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down existing unserviceable upvc/ mild steel water tubing and connections 15mm dia, any grade, of any description or in any position including fittings complete all as specified and directed
