Regular maintenance of developed lawns and flower beds at plant site by levelling light rolling, loosening the earth, watering at regular intervals, spreading manures and urea, mowing the lawns with lawn mowers and maintaining the lawns in lush green condition throughout the year, weeding out the unwanted growth, etc. including cost of all tools, lawns, mowers, hose pipes, forks,and carts, water sprinklers, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. Lawn Area : 8,506 Sq.M.& 1,631 RM Headge

Maintenance and watering trimming, etc. of the plants/railings, shrubs, planted in pots, loosening the earth at regular intervals and keeping them in healthy condition all the year, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Maintenance of plantation/ Fully Grown Trees of trees, flowering trees, palm teak wood, etc. at site, removing weeds from bottom area, loosening the earth, spreading manure, watering and all allied work to keep them in healthy condition through out the year and applying one coat of geru & white Wash to the stems of trees up to Thee footb height,etc. complete and as directed. Excution Qty. = 443 No. of fully grown trees.

Cutting/trimming as and when required branches/stems of the trees upto a required height and giving proper shape by taking adequate safety precautions while attending the job depositing the bigger size branches at Heavy Water stores and other branches, leaves, debris etc. to be dispose off outside plant premises at risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed.

Supplying and planting in the flower beds inside the plant premises all variety of sapplings ornamental plants/seasonal flowers and shrubs by watering, llosening of earth and weeding out in old flower beds and developing new flower beds by maintaining for the full period of contract including cost of seeds, sapplings, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Ornamental plants/shrubs of any variety

Seasonal flowers of any variety like meri gold bigger size, roses in different shades, servanti, dohelia, guldaodi, velvet, zerbera, or any similar seasonal variety (mode of measurement will be on the basis of fully grown flowers on quarterly basis only)

Cutting of wild growth bushes etc. completely from root level by spade as and when required and disposing of all the dry grass and vegetation outside the plant premises and sufficently away from plant at the risk and cost of the contractor including all tools & tackles, safety appliances, Tractor, trailer, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery including cost of power hydra or crane, necessary arrangements etc. for cutting of branches of trees having nominal diameter as specified below including general trimming up to 5.0Mtr height and cutting of branches at all heights, disposing of all cut branches, rubbish, sweeping of leaves etc. complete and transporting to the dumping ground/designated place within/nearby the colony up to a lead of 3 KM, depositing bigger size branches in plant premises or as directed by the Engineer by deploying required man power, power tools &tackles, skilled operators and by observing /meeting all the safety requirements/ norms etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:-1) Size of the branch measured for payment purpose is based on the cutting made on the tree only. Contractor shall cut the fallen branch in to pieces of suitable size for the ease of handling and dispose it as directed by the Engineer. Nothing extra is paid on this account. Note:2) For ensuring safely execution and monitoring of works, supervise the job, receiving day to day instructions from the department officials, deployment/redeployment of manpower as needed and obtaining the signatures of Departments representative and Engineer In Charge as per the specifications and scheduled work plan a semiskilled person shall be deputed by contractor on all working days as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Rate quoted should be inclusive of this and nothing extra will be paid on this account. Note:3) Electricity will be made available at the nearest point wherever available.Contractor will have to manage extension of connection from that point and nothing extra will be paid on this account. In remote areas contractor shall arrange for petrol operated cutter for trimmimg of the branches.
