Letters to be welded as per Class requirement for In Water Survey notation, - IWS approved drawing attached a) alphabets, letters, numbers(6mm thick, 20mm width, and 100mm height), b) Tank boundary markings (6mm thick, 35mm width, 200mm/235mm) All materials like letters is under HSL Scope.
Weldifng of letters as per IWS Notation Supplied by HSL. Size of each letters approx: 80x100mm-8mm thick. - 700Nos. Szie of each marking approx: 200x200mm - 8mm thick - 300Nos. Szie of each Number 80x100-8mm thk - 200Nos. Note: See Page 10 of IWS Drawing.
Sea chest grating to be modified as per class requirement for complying IWS notation. Grating to be made hinge type. - 9Locations (Materials like hinges and bolting system (Stainless Steel) is under contractor scope)
Rope gaurds to be fabricated and renewed with clearance 4mm max., as per shipstaff instructions to meet requirement of IWS notation. (Hinged opening on top and bottom for taking poker gauge readings sto be proveded)
