Supply of 3.5C x 300 Sq.mm, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required. (Note: If the manufacturer does not have NABL accredited Laboratory samples from site shall be collected jointly by AAI and the agency and it will be sent to NABL accredited Laboratories / Govt Laboratories / IIT / IISc / IISER / College /University for acceptance Testing as per IS. The contractor will do all Liasoning, Transportation etc. and pay the testing charges. Nothing extra will be paid by AAI. if it is found that the cable supplied is not as per the requirement of IS, The supply will be rejected or recovery shall be made from the bill or any due pending with AAI from any airports)

Fabrication and S.I.T.C of 250A Rating, 4 Pole on load Changeover swith in Sheet Steel Enclosure complete with Phase barrier, Handle Assembly having Door Interlock and Padlocking arrangement, Indoor MV Feeder Pillar Panel with door arrangement made out of 3mm thick outer, CRCA sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type with top canopy for safety protection Confirming to IP54 floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power supply system complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal upto the height of 300MM, Cable Entry provision etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of 2X300 mm dia., non-pressure NP3 class (Medium duty) RCC pipe with collars jointed with stiff cement mortar i/c excavation of trench (i.e. soft soil, hard rocks, CC Road / Bituminous road etc.) as per site as required (800 mm) width for pipe, depth up to 1100 mm, providing and laying cement concrete of 1:4:8 ratio at bottom (100 mm) of pipe, laying of pipe, refilling with cement concrete 1:4:8 ratio up to top surface of pipes and refilling the trench with soil, ramming, watering, making the surface to original finish etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of OD 50 mm dia., HDPE, PE100, PN-8 Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. Note: Only required quantity of HDPE Pipe to be supplied and laid at site. If any balance pipe is available after laying and same shall be taken back by agency. Payment will be made as actual utilization at site. Nothing will be paid extra.

Supplying and laying of OD 90 mm dia., HDPE, PE100, PN-8 Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. Note: Only required quantity of HDPE Pipe to be supplied and laid at site. If any balance pipe is available after laying and same shall be taken back by agency. Payment will be made as actual utilization at site. Nothing will be paid extra.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth up to 1.2 m and (Size 1.5m x 1.5m) including dressing of sides getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable / pipe etc., in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as per direction of E-I-C as required.

Making horizontal boring of dia. not less than 200mm by using suitable mechanical arrangement, Sensor operated, Not lessthan 2.5Mtr Depth, horizontal bore well suitable for inserting of 200mm dia., HDPE Pipes. Job including supplying and laying of 250mm dia. PE-100 Grade, PN-8, HDPE Pipe in borewell hole including jointing, molding cutting, bending, etc. of pipes in boring hole as per site condition complete is required.

Job including supplying and laying of 110mm dia. PE-100 Grade, PN-8, HDPE Pipe in borewell hole including jointing, molding cutting, bending, etc. of pipes in boring hole as per site condition complete is required.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of frangible & illuminated wind direction indicator confirming to ICAO Annex 14, Volume-I and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, Single phase AC Supply and consist of following completion as required. (A) Height not lessthan 6.76 Mtr., Frangible mast. The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aeodrome design manual part-6/FAA. The color of pole/mast shall be preferably aviation red/white. (B) Wind sock assembly complete with slip rings, drum, bracket for drum, bearing, carbon brush with holder etc. (C) Four Nos. 30W nominal capacity LED Fittings alongwith fitting mounting arrangement suitable for outdoor conditions. (D) One No. LED Aviation obstruction light having aluminium cast body and red polycarbonate dome. (E) Internal wiring, provision for remote / manual control operation. (F) The Wind Direction Indicator should be in the form of a truncated cone made of fabric , as per technical specifications. (G) Providing and laying suitable RCC foundation for installation of WDI as per OEM recommendations. All Above 22 (A) to 22 (G)

Supply of fabric windsock of 900mm dia. at neck and 3600mm long made of special natural colour, fungus proof fabric with alternate black and white strip etc. complete as per the specifications.

Supply and fixing of Hensel make PVC out door type cable termination box of size (205X255X112) mm with IP66 protection along with 20A, FP MCB, din rail for MCB Installation, two numbers of 2mm GI U clamp suitable to fix the box etc., complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 65mm dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) in PCC Road complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-positioning same with PCC etc., as required (Note: Excavation of PCC / Bitumin Road cutting and laying of pipe in trench and re-positioning with PCC)

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) 7 cm thick with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation / road crossing etc., including fram work etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 600mm Sweep, High speed, 300CFM Air delivery, 1400 RPM, Heavy duty, metal body Air Circulator with wide oscillating aerodynamic metal blades, 100% copper motor for longer performance, regulator based speed control for easy operations, easy tilting with unique pivot arrangement with all accessories suitable for operation on 230V AC supply etc., as required.

Supply of 450mm Sweep, High speed and Air delivery, 1400 RPM, Heavy duty, metal body pedustal fan with wide oscillating aerodynamic metal blades, 100% copper motor for longer performance, regulator based speed control for easy operations, easy tilting with unique pivot arrangement with all accessories suitable for operation on 230V AC supply etc., as required.
