CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, MANHOLES AND OTHER MISC REPAIRS AT BHUJ AND KHAVDA UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE ARMY BHUJ

Taking out liquid sludge including floating sludge contents from septic tank of any description and in any position and cleaning septic tank up to bottom including walls to any depth from ground level by pumping through sewage disposal pump / honey sucker pump (as directed by the Eng-in-charge and as on requirement basis) and removing the liquid sludge outside of the MD land or nearer man hole of civil sewage line in such a manner that there shall be no nuisence and no unhygenic environment complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pump, honey sucker pump and sludge removal van / vehicles shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be governed by the Deptt.

Dewatering complete filter bed of 200 to 300 users capacity of any description, in any position by pumping through sewage disposal pump / honey sucker pump (as directed by the Eng-in-charge and as on requirement basis) up to the bottom / bed outlet of dewatering at least 50 mtrs away as and when required and removing in such a manner that there shall be no nuisence and no unhygenic environment complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out sedimented sludge left out after taking out and removing liquid sludge / effluent from septic tank of any description, in any position and of any depth and removing the sludge depositions as directed, cleaning septic tank up to bottom, including walls and removing and disposal of the sedimented / solid sludge outside the cantonment being contractor's property as per Sch of credit and removing in such a manner that there shall be no nuisence and no unhygenic environment complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pump, honey sucker pump and sludge removal van / vehicles shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be governed by the Deptt.

Cleaning of existing chocked / blocked sewage lines of any description and in any position by taking out loose sediment sand, girt, ash, sludge water, rags, fibre or vegetation from the sewage line of 150 mm bore buried in ground to any depth from GL including removal of sludge / debris outside the cantonment area in such a manner that there shall be no nuisence and no unhygenic environment at the place of disposal also complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pump, honey sucker pump and sludge removal van / vehicles shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be governed by the Deptt.

Note: Pump, honey sucker pump and sludge removal van / vehicles shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be governed by the Deptt.

Opening and cleaning of blocage of kitchen / bath traps or WC any pattern and in any position by rodding, manually or mechanically (as directed by Eng-in-charge and as on reuirement basis) upto 1st manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked man hole of any desciprtion and in any position depth not exc 1.5 m deep mechanically or manually by taking off sludge waste / night soil and silted soil from the existing manhole of any size collecting and removal of sludge in sealed container out of the cantonment area in such a manner that there shall be no nuisence and no unhygenic environment at the place of disposal also complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked man hole of any desciprtion and in any position depth exc 1.5 m but not exce 3 m deep mechanically or manually by taking off sludge waste / night soil and silted soil from the existing manhole of any size collecting and removal of sludge in sealed container out of the cantonment area in such a manner that there shall be no nuisence and no unhygenic environment at the place of disposal also complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, for laying / taking down sewage / water supply lines, forming bottom surfaces to required slpoe & gradient and not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and depth exc 1.5 m deep but not exc 3 mtr deep for foundation, for laying / taking down sewage / water supply lines, forming bottom surfaces to required slpoe & gradient and not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 150 mm dia pipe of any description and in any position set and jointed in cement mortar and Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing reinforced concrete drain pipes 150 mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collar in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 200 mm dia pipe of any description and in any position set and jointed in cement mortar and Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing reinforced concrete drain pipes 200 mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collar in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 300 mm dia pipe of any description and in any position set and jointed in cement mortar and Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing reinforced concrete drain pipes 300 mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collar in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) including packing under and hauching against the side of the pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) including packing under and hauching against the side of the pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) including packing under and hauching against the side of the pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 300 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of precst concrete block walling and similar items i.e. ashlar facing dressing stone work, precast concrete articles etc of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches and pillars etc and disposing off rubbish (not blocks which are the property of contractor as per Sch of credit) off the premises of cantonment and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:5:8 (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10 cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precst concrete block walling and similar items i.e. ashlar facing dressing stone work, precast concrete articles etc of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches and pillars etc and disposing off rubbish (not blocks which are to be reused after necessary cleaning) off the premises of cantonment and Labour only for precast cement concrete block masonry (except solid blocks) with the serviceable blocks retrieved from this item it self and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete / fair surfaces of block masonary, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including mixing water proofing compound as per manufactureres instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of Sch "A' as supply only

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth by using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC manholes covers of any description and in any position and disposing rubbish only (not the cut reinforcement which will be contractor's property as per Sch of credit) out side the cantonment area and M & L for pre-cast cement concrete manholes covers in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) with duly engraved "MES" marking and placing in position and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing off rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation of manholes, mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 225 mm dia & above of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

Returnning, filling in the soil including spreading, levelling. Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed

Removing the excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres away depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The credit for the retrieved materials has been mentioned in the tender documents in pdf form as Sch of Credit. The amount of the same shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ at the time of Acceptance offline.
