1.Cleaning of all floors including office rooms-Includes brooming, dusting furnitures, removing dirt & cobwebs, mopping, washing, disinfecting, etc of all floors 2. Sweeping and cleaning of all lift floors (with soap) including picking out all the dust and dirts in the door rails 3.Daily washing & cleaning internal surrounding Roads of the entre premises aroung Nivedita Bahaban , grand stair, boundary wall , car park , open space , open drains , garage of the office compound. ( 6 days a week-Shift-7AM to 3PM) 4 Heads x 308 days=1232 days (yearly) Foor Area-

Cleaning of all washrooms- includes disinfecting & washing floors, walls,comodes, basins, open drainage lines ( 6 days a week-Shift-9AM to 5PM) 2 Heads x 308 days=616 days (yearly) Foor Area-

Maintenance of the Garden in the premises -includes planting, watering, cleaning, weeding out manuring and cutting of additional portion of the plants for maintaining the garden (Shift-7AM to 3PM) 1 Head x 308 days= 308 days (yearly)

Water Tanks Treatment Cleaning (Both Under Ground Tank(1 no.-22,211 Gallon Approx.) & Over Head Tanks(02 nos.-3990 Gallon(Approx) & 5187 Gallon(Approx.) of Nivedita Bhavan & Derozio Bhavan respectively) (Once per month)
