Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site and Material and labour for for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distember over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permisies etc and Material and labour for Vitrified ,coloured and printed tiles of size 600 mmx600 mm x 8 to 9 mm thick as in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:6 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permisies etc and Material and labour for non skid Coloured ceramic tiles 300mm X 300mm X 7mm thick in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over & including screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permisies etc and Material and labour for 300x200x7mm thick, coloured, glazed ceramic tiles as in skirting/Dado, laid and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 including triangular filleting on top in CM 1:4.

Supply and fixing in reairs CP shower rose fancy type 50mm dia withswivel joints incl fixing to steel pipe or union all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing floor/nahani trap PVC 75 mm dia of out let with grating doom and jointing to waste pipe with solvent cement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing Towel Rail 600mm long of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats. (Minimum weight 190gms) complete all as specified and directed.
