CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYWOOD TOP (FD-220) Removing/ Retrieving unserviceable part of charpoy GI pipe and S&F in replacement of following new members and tightening as per Drg. and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Pipes obtained from dismantling shall be cut to size and reused separately in fothcoming items and paid accordingly.

Long rail of charpoy GI Pipe, 32mm dia medium grade, ISI Marked. Make:- Jindal/ Hindustan/ Tata as approved by GE.

32mm bore, 3 way Elbow, ISI Marked.

32mm Bore Checknuts.

Labour only for provision of short rail of charpoy by cutting, threading old pipe obtained from dismantling of Item No.1.01 above and fixed to the charpoy all as per drg and as directed.

Labour only for provision of leg of charpoy by cutting, threading the old pipe obtained from dismantling vide Item Nos. 1.04 and 1.04 above and fixed to the charpoy all as per drg and as directed.

Removing old u/s 12mm thick ply wood BWR grade from Charpoy GI pipe, tighiting of loose checknut, Elbow, Long rail, Short rail, Legs with nut & bolt i.e. complete Charpoy and supply & Fixing the 12mm thick BWR grade, BWR grade commercial ISI marked on the top as per existing and directed by engineer-in-charge. Make:- National / Kitply / Novapan as approved by GE.

S&F of 40x6x900mm flat iron for stiffner to charpoy GI pipe welded both ends all as per drg and as directed.

CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75)

Removing unserviceable seat of chair tublar steel with arms and S&F new seats frame with 1st class HW, duly canned as per Godrej pattern including applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation as per Drg. and as directed.

All as per Item No. 2.01 above but back of chair tubular steel with arms.

Removing of unserviceable hand rest of chair tubular steel with arms and providing new hand rest of 1st class hardwood including applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation as per Drg and as directed.

S&F in repair flat iron 20x6mm thick strip to lower side of seat frame of chair tubular with arms including preparing by rubbing with sand/ emery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint olive green over a coat of red oxide primer etc. complete all as directed.

CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITHOUT ARMS (FD-75)

Removing unserviceable seat of chair tublar steel without arms and S&F new seat frame with 1st class HW, duly canned as per Godrej pattern including applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation as per Drg and as directed.

All as per Item No. 3.01 above but back of chair tubular without arms.

S&F in repair flat iron 20x6mm thick strip to lower side of seat frame of chair tublar without arms including preparing by rubbing with sand/ emery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation etc. complete all as directed.

ALMIRAH STEEL LARGE WITH SHELVES (FD-67M, 1031)

Removing locking device of almirah steel large with shelves and supply and fix new locking device as per Drg. and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing damaged handle and S&F new chromium plated MS handle of size 150mm long as per Drg. and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing unserviceable shelves of Almirah large steel and S&F new shelves with 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red exide primer including necessary fixing accessories as per drg. and as directed.

Removing of damaged lock and provision of new MS motice locks 4 levers of size 75mm with duplicate key as specified and as directed. Make:- link/ godrej/ harison as approved by GE.

ALMIRAH STEEL MEDIUM WITH SHELVES (FD-67M, 1032)

Removing unserviceable three-way locking device and supply and fix new three way locking device as specified in drg. and as directed.

Removing damaged handle and supply and fix new chromium plated MS handle of size 150mm long as specified in drg. and as directed.

Removing unserviceable shelves of Almirah small/ medium steel and S&F new shelves with 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red exide primer etc including necessary fixing accessories as per drg. and as directed.

Removing of damaged lock and provn of new MS motice locks 4 levers of size 75mm long with duplicate key as specified and as directed. Make:- link/ godrej/ harison as approved by GE.

LOCKER STEEL (FD-257)

Removing unserviceable hasp and staples and supply and fix new chromium plated MS hasp and Staples 75mm long, ISI marked for locker steel as per Drg. and as directed.

Removing unserviceable handles and supply and fix new chromium plated MS handle 100mm long cast type as per drg and as directed.

Removing unserviceable shelf of locker steel and S&F new shelves with 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red exide primer including necessary fixing accessories as per drg and as directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-256/ 359)

Removing unserviceable cane of seat and recanning with new 3/ 4mm plastic cane of pattern as per Drg. and as directed.

Removing unserviceable cane of back and recanning with new 3/ 4mm plastic cane of pattern as per Drg. and as directed.

Removing unserviceable cane and scraping the tube body of chair verandah with emery paper and dusting/ cleaning the tube after necessary welding/ joining work and painting with two coats with synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per Drg. and as directed.

Removing unserviceable table top and providing new top, ISI Marked, 18/ 19mm thick, pre laminated partical board, exterior grade, teak face, one side and other balancing white with PVC beading best quality 1.5mm thick all round of table top, as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Kitply/ centure/ Novapan as approved by GE.

Removing unfunctioning drawer and denting/ cleaning/ dusting/ greasing the same for smooth functioning and refixing the same as directed.

Removing unsrveceable lock of drawer and providing new MS lock 4 lever 75mm with duplicate keys, ISI Marked, as per Drg. and as directed.

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (FD-84M & 1002)

Removing unserviceable table top and providing new top, ISI Marked, 18/ 19mm thick, pre laminated partical board, exterior grade, teak face, one side and other balancing white with PVC beading best quality 1.5mm thick all round of table top as per drg and as directed. Make:- Kitply/ centure/ Novapan as approved by GE.

Removing unfunctioning drawers and denting/ cleaning/ dusting/ greasing the same for smooth functioning and refixing the same all as directed.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (FD-255)

Removing unserviceable top and replacing with new top, ISI Marked, 18/19 mm thick pre laminated partical board, exterior grade, teak face one side and other side balancing white with PVC beading, 1.5mm thick all around of table top as per drg and AS directed. Make:- Kitply/ centure/ Novapan as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of all surface of tubular steel body with emery paper and dusting/ cleaning the tube after necessary welding/ joining work and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of red oxide primer as directed.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (FD-E6/MAP/05)

Removing unseriviceable hand board and S&F new hand board of chair school made out of ISI marked, 18/19 mm thick pre laminated partical board, exterior grade, teak face one side and other side balancing white with 4mm teakwood edging as per Drg. and as directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH BLACK FD-E6/MAP/II)

S&F of flat Iron 65x4x410mm and welded on both side as per Drg. and as directed.

Deduct credit for dismantled materials as per schedule of credit Rs. 47,939.00
