M&L Comprehensive maintenance /repair and servicing of 13 passenger lifts (02 Nos) installation fully comprehensive (i.e All in all) regular maintenance for round the clock, of the lift, including regular servicing, inspections, preventive maintenance by trained technicians and repair of the installation with cost of repair / replacement of any of the worn out parts without any additional charges at Type II & Type-III Towers Notes- (i) Six routine maintanance services for oiling & greasing. (ii) Three visit of special lift safety inspection are included in the quoted rates. The following items shall be replaced as & when required under AMC 'A' type contract i.e ("all in all").For OMEGA and Thysen lift as existing at site (iii) Any unserviceable electrical/machenicl parts shall be replaced under AMC without any extra payment. (iv) The rate quoted including services of lifts before AMC

All as per item No 1 here in before but for 8 passenger lifts (02 Nos lifts )

Note - for item No 1& 2 : (i) Any required electrical/ machanical parts of above mentioned lifs or any other parts also are to be repair/replaced as & when it become unserviceable as per terms & conditions of omega/ Thyssen under the AMC 'A' type contract, any cost of material & labour charge will not be paid extra . (ii) Any other material become un serviceable which is not in the scope of AMC 'A' type contract is also to be repaired/replaced timely to run the lift smoothely without any extra payments . (iii) The terms & conditions of this AMC as applicable as given in Annexure I & II by OMEGA and Thysen (iv) The comprehensive maintenance inclusive of inspection/testing/preventive maintenance replacement of unsv parts/material including labour, transportaton. (v) the complaints shall be attended forthwith as the complaints/failure from the time of receipt of same .(vi) Contractor shall rectify the defects with in 24 hrs after receipt of complaints , otherwise the complaints will be rectified by the other agency and the expendature incurred will be recovered at Rs 2000/per day till proper functioning of lift.(vii) The schedule A consists of comprehensive maintenance lifts (viii) The load testing of lifts ie 8 passenger and 13 passenger shall be carried out as per standard norms of OMEGA/Thysen and hand over certificate to the department.

Note For particular specification : (a) The work under OMC comprehensive maintenance of lifts all as specified in sch and special condition particular specification, MES SSR, latest relevent IS code and as directed by GE/Engr-In-charge. (b) The tender shall have to submit the copy of MOU with contractor to carry out the comparhensive maintenance. (c) Lift Mechanic shall be well experienced in lift/elevators repairs and maintenance. (d) The contractor shall ensure proper functioning of safty devices.

Providing services for operation of lift at W-8 block & S-1 block (Four lifts, 8 passenger-02 Nos , 13 passenger-02 Nos ) of make Thyssen krupp in three shifts by deploying , one semi skilled lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation and maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts, on all days of the week (including Sunday and Holiday), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Providing services for operation of lift at C-10 block & MES Type -II block (Four lifts, 8 passenger-02 Nos , 13 passenger-02 Nos) of make Thyssen krupp in three shifts by deploying, one semi skilled lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation and maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts, on all days of the week (including Sunday and Holiday), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Providing services for operation of lift at DSC blocks & NC-I (Four lifts), 8 passenger-02 Nos , 13 passenger-02 Nos ) of make Omega in three shiftsby deploying, one semi skilled lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation and maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts, on all days of the week (including Sunday and Holiday), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Providing services for operation of lift at HQ SWAC (One lift - 8 passenger) of make Omega by deploying one semi skilled lift operator in one shift of 08 hrs from 07.00 AM to 03.00 PM for operation and maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts, on all days of the week (including Sunday and Holiday), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

NOTE No 01 for item No. 1 to 4:- (i) The contractor shall quote rate/ percentage against Wage, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, OH&P and LWC under respecive columns i.e, Column No 5, 6, 8, 10, 13 & 16 respectively as per latest instructions of concerned department as on "end date of bid submission". (ii) The bid shall be treated as Non-bonafide based on following reasons:- (a) Quoting rate against any item of BOQ under the column of ‘WAGES TO BE PAID’ shall not be lower than the corresponding prevailing minimum rates of wages as notified by Govt. of India/ Concerned State Govt / Local body whichever is higher. (b) Quoting rate against any item of BOQ under the column of ‘EPF’ shall not be lower than the prevailing applicable rates as per instructions in vogue. For quoting purpose the EPF quoted shall not be less than 13% (EPF - 12% + ELDI - 0.5% + ADM charges - 0.5% )

(c) Quoting rate against any item of BOQ under the column of ‘ESIC’ shall not be lower than the prevailing applicable rates and as per instructions in vogue. For quoting purpose the ESIC quoted shall not be less than 3.25%. (d) Quoting rate against any item of BOQ under the column of ‘BONUS’ shall not be lower than the prevailing applicable rates and as per instructions in vogue. For quoting purpose the BONUS quoted shall not be less than 8.33%. (e) Quoting rate against any item of BOQ under the column of ‘LWC’ shall not be lower than the prevailing applicable rates and as per instructions in vogue. For quoting purpose the LWC quoted shall not be less than 1%. (f) Quoting ‘Zero’ or ' MINUS' percentage against any item of BOQ under the column of ‘OH&P'.

(iii) Exemptions/ limitations, if any, shall not be considered while quoting rate towards EPF, ESIC, BONUS & LWC as the same shall be calculated during actual contribution payable depending upon the salary of individual based on the number of days engaged in the work.

(iv) The wages/ contributions towards EPF, ESIC & Bonus shall be paid by the GE in the RAR/ Final Bill only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of proof of payment/ contribution of requisite amount to the workmen by the contractor. In case the contractor fails to submit proof of payment in respect of wages/ contributions as mentioned above no payment shall be made by the Department.

(v) Payment in respect of any item of BOQ in the RAR/ Final Bill towards the wages, EPF, ESIC & Bonus shall be made on the actual amount paid for the same by the contractor subject to a maximum of the rate quoted under the respective heads plus his quoted rates for OHP & LWC and no extra claim by the contractor shall be admissible by the Department on this account. .

(vi) In case the wages/ contributions towards EPF, ESIC & Bonus have been paid less than the quoted rates of any item of BOQ, payment in the RAR/ Final Bill in respect of the same shall be made on the actual amount paid by the contractor plus his quoted rates for OHP & LWC and no extra claim by the contractor shall be admissible by the Department on this account. .

(vii) Cost of supervisions, transportations, uniforms, T&P, equipments, gadgets, safety gears, stationeries, consumables, social security benefits and any other minor extras which are not particulary specified in these tender documents but required for satisfactory completion of work shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate under the column 'OH&P' against respective items of BOQ and no extra claim by the contractor shall be admissible by the Department on this account.

(viii) The rates quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to be inclusive GST besides other applicable taxes/ cess/ levies as per law of land and nothing extra whatsoever on this account shall be admissible.

Note No 02 : (a) The work shall be carried out in shifts (As mentioned against each item of Sch) contractor shall employ one lift operator per shift, the man power detailed in such a way that each Operator get weekly off as per prevelling labour act/ law (b) The entire Lift cabin including machinery, equipments in building premises shall be kept neat and clean and necessary oil, Greesing, Minor Servicing as per manufacturer recommendation (Omega/ Thyssen krupp or as existing) shall be carried out to avoid any mishappening all as directed by EIC. (c) Contractor has to provide two sets of uniform with MES logo and shoes to all liftt operators who are deployed. (d) Operators should be provided with hand tools, tester, Meggar or test lamp,safety shoes , hand gloves, sanitizer, Mask by the contractor without any extra cost. (e) Rates quoted shall be including minor repair as per daily weekly or monthly check.

(f) Electrcity as required shall be made available to the contractor free of cost by department for operation of lifts. (g) Emergency light will be provided by the contractor during night hours without any extra cost. (h) All safety precautions as per IE rules should be strictly followed by contracted employees & department shall not be held responsible for any untowards incident (j) Attendence Register of Staff Employed will be maintained by JE E/M. If any labour found absent, necessary penalty/recovery will be made at the rate of double the daily min wages fixed by govt. or the rate quoted by the contractor whichever is high (k) The contractor should always keep in mind that it is only the services is outsourced & not manpower.So providing reliever will be sole responsibility of contractor. (l) Contractor has to produce Photo ID of the lift operator deployed with security pass number issued by Main Guard Air force Station. (m) GST / EPF paid certificate, attendance of employee etc. shall be enclosed with RAR. (n) The payment to every staff deployed on work shall be preferably made in the Aadhaar linked bank account through account payee cheque only and details shall be submitted with RAR.
