Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing Aluminium composite panel ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately): White face Aluminium composite panel

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : F or fixed Portion: Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium dooe,window, vwntilator shutter and partitions tc with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineerin- charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item. with float panes of 5.00 mm thickness weight not less tha 12.560 kg/sqm

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws : 35 mm thick

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour confirming to Is:4457 laid in acid and or alkali resistant mortar bedding , including cutting, fitting and grouting of 3mm wide jointswith epoxy grout comprisinf\g 0.70 kg organic coated filler of approved shade mixed with 0.10 kg hardner and 0.20 kg resin per kg including filling finishing and all incidental works complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. In flooring on a abed of 10 mm thick mortar 1;4 (1 acid proof cement: 4 coarse sand):- acid and alkali resistant tile.

Repair to plaster of thickness12 to20mm in patches of 2.50 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shap, raking out joints and repairing and plastering the surface of the walls including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per direction of EIC Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4 sand)
