Installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Alumini um sheets (each0.5mm thick).The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. c) . For the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Vinyle flooring conforming to IS:3462 - 1982 in required finish, fixed with synthetic acrylic adhesive after preparing the floor, levelling & smothaning when necessary with suitable putty, as per the design & instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Making Tribal art on pre painted wall and specified tree trunk with superior quality weather coat including one coat, background painting of different shades including primer coat and pictoral figures/writing with appropriate paint for prominent look and including cost of paint, labour, material like paint brush and tools and plants required for the work as per instructons of EIC.
PART-B (Upkeeping of Toilet )
Upkeeping of different toilets, bathrooms and connecting area including cleaning of DADO, Skirting, WC pan (Indian type and European type), wash basin, urinals, glass, cistern etc. by hand dusting and clearing with soap solution, acid, detergents, Phenyls, Harpic etc. and with equipment like brush, Broom Stick, bucket, stick, etc and to make toilet clean, functional clear, hygienic, aromatic (using urinal mat) all complete with tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of Engineer-in Charge. Clause(i) Minimum number of labour deployed per day will be 15.00 nos. in case of any deduction in sweeper, proportinate deduction will be made acordingly as per coverage of total area. SCOPE OF WORKS: (a) Contractor shall maintain existing Bathrooms,Dado,Basin,WC Pan,Urinal Top,Mirror,Corridors,flower areas of service building etc. (b) Contractor will ensure Functioning of Urinals,WC Pan, etc. as and when required by Engineer-in-charge. Plumbing work is to be done wherever required. c) Contractor shall be responsible for arrangement of plumber as and when required by Engineer-in-charge and maintaining the same (Cost of the plumber to be paid separately to the agency). (d) The Urinal mat,napthalene ball,harpic,mopping stick,broom stick, wiper stick etc., as and when required. (The cost of the same shall be paid separately to the agency). e) Water will be made available by the department and the contractor will use the water by using Buckets.(The cost of the Bucket shall be paid separately to the agency). (f)Frequency of cleaning of toilet should be in a day, and as directed by the engineer incharge as per site requirement (g) Maintenance work as desired by Engineer-in-charge on priority basis has to be strictly followed by the contractor (h) The contractor will look after the work and will maintain coordination with the department and will attend to the complaint. (i)The Bathrooms and connecting areas, is to be kept clean from rubbish, and any other wastage materials. (j) Total area to be maintained per day = 750x3= 2250 sqm (Approx), 750 SQM in 03 times by engaging 15 Nos. of unskilled manpower .

(Area to be taken will be all service building brooming, sweeping Mopping & cleaning with dusting/cleaning of walls daily as per direction of EIC. (Total area to covered in one day is approximately 15500 sqm.) Clause(i) Minimum number of labour deployed per day will be 15.00 nos. in case of any deduction in sweeper, proportinate deduction will be made acordingly as per coverage of total area.
Up-keeping of service buildings by sweeping of road and road berm with jharu/machin including premises and surrounding areas including collection of garbage at suitable places inside the Service Buildings and periphery of Koyla Bhawan as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (Area to be taken will be all service Road, Basement, all parking, backside area of Koyla Bhawan building brooming daily.) Clause(i) Minimum number of labour deployed per day will be 2 nos. in case of any deduction in labour, proportinate deduction will be made acordingly as per total of area. SCOPE OF WORKS: (a)Frequency of brooming,cleaning and mopping should be at least once in a day or as directed by the engineer incharge as per site requirement (b) Maintenance work as desired by Engineer-in-charge on priority basis has to be strictly followed by the contractor (c) The contractor will look after the work and will maintain coordination with the department and will attend to the complaint.
