Scope of Work includeing the following activities: a) Collection of motor from Electrical Maintenance Section (SRC) and handing over to the motor after completion of rewinding & testing. b) Disassemble the motor and separate both stator & rotor securely, note the bearing sizes & remove them. c) Removal of damaged winding of the stator, clean the slots thoroughly with petrol / electrical cleaning liquid. While removal of damaged winding necessary markings to be made and record the information, viz., winding data, size of wire, type of insulation, winding end connections, etc., d) Wound the coils with correct gauge and insulation class wire (F class insulation). e) All the winding slots are to covered with correct class of insulation paper and place the wounded coils properly and complete the rewinding and plug the slots with wooden strips. f) Assemble the wounded motor stator, replace the bearings with new ones, assembly the motor, the satisfactory performance of motor is to be proved to the concerned officer. g) Brought back the motor, old bearings to HSL with tested details of the motor.

Rewinding of 2.2kW Blower motors (The bearings/bushes as required are to be renewed with out any extra cost.)
Rewinding of 3.7kW Blower motors (The bearings/bushes as required are to be renewed with out any extra cost.)
Rewinding of 60W Fan motor 230V, 50Hz., 4P, Model: VC-052 & Make: PICL (The bearings/bushes as required are to be renewed with out any extra cost.)
Repairs and Rewinding of Submersible Pump, (Capacity: 45HP & 5000LPM):Scope includes Dismantling of complete pump, rewinding of stator and renewal of all seals, O-rings, geomat and all consumables including materials, spares etc., after completion of work assembly, testing and commissioning of submersible pump. 24hrs testing to be prove at site and one year gurantee.
