Dismantling the components of Reverse Osmosis Plant and checking the serviceability of Plant, including taking out rubber bushes, fittings, low/ high pressure motor pumps and re fixing the same, after necessary repairs and replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of defective items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only of jumbo filter/carbon filter block housing of size 20" x 4.5" all etc complete as specified and directed

Supply only sand of dual media of grain size suitable for Reverse Osmosis complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only catalytic activated carbon made of activated coconut shell carbon of suitable Iodine number for Reverse Osmosis complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC pressure switch 40 mm dia, model Hd-010-WP 0.5 to 10 HP Kg/sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of filter media vesel made up of FRP of dia 21 " height 62" including inlete and outlet connection of suitable size CPVC pipe all etc complete as specified and directed. Note : Filter Media and activated carbon will be measured under relevant schedule of item

Supply and fix in repairs, Jumbo platred filter cartride, poly propyline of 10 micron 20", complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, carbon filter 20", suitable for RO plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of membrane filter with citric acid and cleaning, washing by the help of high pressure water pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in plant, Calcium hypochlorite, white to white free Granular Chlorination chemical, 60%-70% available Chlorine content in 45 kg packing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 10 here -in-before but 90 to 99% available Chlorine content.

Cleaning of PVC water tank of capacity 10000 litres, using bleaching powder, scrubbing of inner surface of tanks by means of wire brush for removing all scale/ fungus formed and other foreign particles and washing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall include the cost of dismantling and refixing all fitting/ fixtures inside and out side tank for effective cleaning.

Supply and fix in repairs, multi port valve of 5.0 kg pressure rating for RO plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair, membrane filter, of model 80/40 (Set of 02 Nos) two core line, as existing size and capacity of RO plant including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair, membrane filter, of model 40/40 (Set of 02 Nos) two core line, as existing size and capacity of RO plant including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only greasing for bearing of centrifugal Pumps all as specified and as directed. Make:- Castrol/ Motul or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs Water Testing Solution 500 ml bottle complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- FINAR or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for Servicing of water level sensor i.e. removing, cleaning, greasing, checking for wear and tear, refixing, testing, installing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Servicing of limit switch by removing, cleaning, greasing, checking for wear and tear, refixing, testing, installing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Hand Wheel for Actuator suitable for 80mm/ 100mm150mm/200mm butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, ball bearing for Actuator suitable for 80mm/ 100mm/ 150mm/ 200mm butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, thrust bearing for Actuator suitable for 80mm /100mm/ 150mm/ 200mm butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, SS Adaptor suitable for fixing on butterfly valve for mounting actuator of size 80mm/100mm/ 150mm/200mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, butterfly valve 200 mm dia, round shaft suitable for scada system, designed for line pressure 6 kg/sqcm, operating angle 90 degrees, disc material CI with nylon coating conforming to IS:13095 complete all as specified and as directed.

De-watering the existing UG Sump of 2.00 lakh gallon capacity at site pump house and cleaning the internal surfaces of sump to remove scales, mud and other foreign materials appying , surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water , finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc, complete for one time , including writting black capital letters " cleaned on (date) & due date " with letters height is not less than 5.0 CM complete all as specified and as directed.

De-watering the existing UG Sump of 0.50 lakh gallon capacity at site pump house and cleaning the internal surfaces of sump to remove scales, mud and other foreign materials appying , surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water , finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc, complete for one time , including writting black capital letters " cleaned on (date) & due date " with letters height is not less than 5.0 CM complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering the existing OH reservoir of 50000 gallons capacity 18 meter staging and cleaning the internal surface of sump for removing scales, fungus, mud and other foreign material, scrubbing with water using wire brush and watering the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of lime wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc. complete for one time, writing in synthetic enamel paint in block capital letters as cleaned on (date) and due (date) etc, height not less than 5.0 cm complete at visible place complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-(i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of removal of honeybee of any qty as per site requirement and inclusive of all necessary safety arrangements for climbing of OH reserviors. (ii) Contractor has to provide proper safety jacket, rope etc for personnel involving in cleaning of OH reserviors.(iii) Contractor is fully responsible for any mishap for not adhering the safety precautions while doing such jobs.

All as per Item No. 32 above but OH reservoir, 18 metres staging of capacity 40000 gallons.

Note for Item Nos 32 to 36 . :- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for:- (a) All the inlet/ overflow/ out let connection shall be cleaned and made rust free and any leakages in joints shall be made good. (b) The water available in the OH Reservoir shall be bailed out at the nearest open drain available. (c) 250 gram of bleaching powder to be used for every 10 litres of fresh water. (d) Any damage caused during cleaning, of the existing assets/ parts shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. (e) The quoted rate shall be deemed for include for scaffolding temporary arrangement of ladders etc. for these purposes and safety measure for workers for working and while working shall be provided by contractor.

Dismantling only multistage in-line high pressure centrifugal pump of 4.1 KW, Head-180 Meter (max) & Q - 0.5 to 9.5 Cum/ Hr from base including rewinding with suitable gauge copper wire at specified RPM and checking the serviceability of pump and its components such as Impeller set, shaft, chamber, bush etc. and refixing the same after necessary repairs and replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of defective items shall be measured and paid separately under following items:-

M&L for Preventive maintenance of electronic liquid Chlorine dosing plant for water disinfactant of cap upto 6 LPH any make including checking serviceability of injector , valves , discharge and suction tube , knob for speed/stroke complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out Testing of drining water collected from local source (Bore Wells/UG Sumps /RO Plants in the area of AGE E/M (AF) Naliya, and submission of detailed test report to the office of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-2012 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, turbidity, PH value, TDS total hardness, iron, chloride, fluoride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Coli in 100 ml) with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purposes.
