The prospective Tenderer (i.e. Facility Management Agency) should have successfully carried out similar work in Gov./MNC Organization (State/Central/ MNC)

The annual value of single similar work at a unit should not be less than Rs.20 lakhs per annum. Copies of Work Orders and work done to be enclosed

The bidders shall submit the details of works for Comprehensive AMC for Passenger Lifts handled by them in Government organization/MNC/Public sector Since last three years as on date of submission of bids

Tenderer should be in existence for the past 3 years continuously in the similar business, furnish information on performance statement for out of 5 years past 3 years as per Section-V

The Tenderers/Agency/firm should possess valid Class-I Electrical KPWD Registration Certificate/Electrical Inspectorate (Registration details to be enclosed

Tenderers should be accompanied by copies of Registration certificates under Income Tax PAN, GST

Tenderer should preferably have been incorporated in Karnataka. If incorporated elsewhere, should have necessary permission/license to operate in Karnataka

Confirmation of Work Order and Work Done Certificates during verification of documents w.r.t., the tender

The Tenderer should have filed income tax Returns and Balance Sheet/Turnover for the last Five(5) years and the same shall be uploaded. From 2020 to 2025

The annual years during turnover certificate, certified by Chartered Accountant for the preceding 5 years shall be uploaded. The Turnover in any two last 5 years should not be less than Rs.50 lakhs

Tenderers should Submit Registered copies of ESI and PF and Labour Department Registration. All the employees/operator deployed by the vendor for the digitization activity must comply with governments rules and regulations like minimum wages act, Provident fund and ESI facility standard. Proof of compliance and labour license needs to be submitted along with the Tender
