REPAIR /REPLECEMENT TO FILTERATION PLATS, RO PLANTS AND ADDITIONAL RELETED ITEMS OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM UNDER AGE E/M OF AT MIL STN BHUJ, GANDHIDHAM AND KHAVADA UNDER GE (A) BHUJ

Material and labour for repair of existing sand filter beds for 6 MLD capacity water filtration plant, repair of filter beds, cleaning of beds, providing filter media for filter beds and difuser pipes as follows :- (i) Gravel and pabble size, thickness of layers and No. of layers as per existing. (ii) Coarse sand size, thickness of layer and No. of layers as per existing. (iii) Fine sand size, thickness of layer and No. of layers as per existing. (iv) Diffuser pipe installed in both filter bed as per exixting including civil work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of green cloth for covering of filtter bed as per existing size and quality all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of copmlete Narmada filteration plant of 6.0 MLD capacity by removing all sludge, mud, sand, green ulgae etc and any other foreign materials from the bottom, side walls and internal surfaces by wire scrapers and cleaning of lintcatcher screen , PVC sheets and washing it with caustic soda, white washing three coats of floculation , Stilling chamber , Tube sheatler chamber and back washing the floculation sump and Tube sheatler till satisfaction of complete all as specified and directed. Note :- No T & P will be provided by the Deptt. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of the labour deployed for this work. The sludge / waste materials shall be thrown away from the pump house premises where directed by the Eng-in-charge but exceeding 250 mtrs and not exceeding 500 Mtrs away with totaly unhygenic conditions without creating any nuisance in the environment.

Opening of top and bottom cover of horizontal type pressure feed filtration plant of capacity 30000 glns/hr at swimming pool taking out old filter media and strainer etc depositing to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for scrapping and cleaning the surface bed inner and outer surfaces of the shell for complete removal of scales, rust od paint etc and painting with two coats of anti corrosive bituminus paint suitable for storage of potable water for internal/ external surfaces two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved coulour for horizontal type pressure feed filtration plant of capacity 30000 glns complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only filteration media ( Qty and layer as per existing) for filteration plant in different layers all as specified and directed for horizontal type pressure feed filtration plant of capacity 30000 glns complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for overhauling and repairing of suction sweeper pump assembly with replacement of defective parts such as gun metal bush, rubber bush, pump shaft, & impeller etc as required at site including necessary lath work, metaling, turning, poloshing, and reassemble all the parts and refixing at same position complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement swmimming pool vaccum brush as per existing size including connecting accesories complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement swmimming pool suction cleaning heavy duty flexible hose pipe as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/Maintenance to robotic suction sweeper of Make - Milagrow with cleaning, servicing, carrying out minor repairs and make functional and testing complete in the locations of swimming pool complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Minor consumables items like cotton bag, side belt etc shall be including in the item rate.
