Manning of services for operation and maintenance of Pump House, operation of DG sets at pump House No. 1 & 3 Naushakti Vihar in 03 Shifts of 08 hours each including sunday and holidays complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Outsourcing of services for operation & maintenance of Pump House, operation of fire fighting installations at WED area in 03 Shifts of 08 hours each including sunday and holidays complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Manpower :- One Semi skilled person per shift Shift timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs III rd shift - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

Note for SL item No. 1 to 3:- (a) Filling the sump and pumping water / disributing to areas concern including controling overflow of water. (b) Attending minor break downs such as replacing of fan belt, gland rope, gland bolts and nuts in the installation under AOR . (c) Cleaning of premises area inside and outside of Installations regularly. (d) Maintaining log books, break down of any, complains of water supply/ any defects must be mainted and intimated to department of AOR with out any delay. (e) Supply and filling of distilled water and electrolyte in batteries and coolant in radiators, recharging of batteries as and when required. (f) The operator shall be alert to run the DG sets with out any delay if main supply fails ensure the operation of DG set every day. (g) Repair to chemical dosing pump for water treatment and maintain the PPM record and regulating the system . (h) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of mixing the water treatment chemical.

Notes for Item Nos 1 to 4 :- The quoted rate is to be inclusive of following :- (a) Operator employed by the contractor should be fully conversant with the opetation of Fire fighting system duly keeping the system ready for at given time . (b) Valve operator employed by the contractor should supply water to the building in normal course of time after supply he should assist the pump operators for carrying out fire fighting and fire exercises . (c) All gland leakages of gate valve /sluice valve /fire hydrant valve should be arrested by the valve men. (d) The quoted rate is also inclusive of maintain logsheets, wages registars and attendance registars. (e) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge.

Note 2 for SL item No. 1 & 2:- 1. Contractor shall quote wages, employers contribution towards EPF liability, contribution towards ESIC, contribution towards bonus, LWC and overhead & profit separately as applicable as per instruction in vogue in respective sub items. 2. The rate quoted for items of outsourcing / Manning shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state Government/Local Body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution of Bonus and LWC under respective heading / sub-items. In case any quoted rate against the above items / subitems mentioned above which correspond works out to lower than the prevailing minimum rate of wages / subscription / contribution towards EPF / ESIC/ Bonus / LWC the bid will be treated as non bonafide / invalid, shall be disqualified......

...... and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid / bonafide bids only and no claim on this account is entertained. The prevailing rate / wages / contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date. 3. (a) The contractor shall submit the ID Proof, Bank Account No, EPF account number and ESIC account number of Operator / Person Employed. (b) The payment shall not be less than minimum labour wages and payment of labour / employee shall be made through Online Banking like NEFT/ RTGS etc,.

(c) The quoted rate in sub items of wages, EPF, ESIC and Bonus will be released only after producing authenticated Documentary proof of payment as per prevailing rates deposited in the concerned employees account duly signed by contractor and shall be submitted along with RAR / final Bill for payments. 4. Quotations with 'Nil' or "Zero" consideration (overhead and profit) will be considered non bonafide. 5. Any variation in minimum wages, liability of EPF / ESIC / Bonus / LWC / GST shall be adjusted for reimbursement/ Recovery as under:- (i) Variation in minimum wages including other related statutory provisions shall be adjusted in tems of condition 63 of GCC (IAFW-2249). (ii) Variation in percentage/ rate of GST and LWC shall be adjusted as per special conditions here in after which deals with "Reimbursement / Refund on Variation in Taxes Directly Related to Contract Value.

(iii) Rates shall be quoted only upto two digits after decimal. If any rate quoted/ derived by the contractor works out to more than two digits after decimal, then the same shall be rounded off upto two digits after decimal. The rounding off shall be done in accordance with rules for rounding off of Numerical Values in accordance with IS: 02 pf 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS. 6. The contractor will be required to submit copy of valid labour licence from the labour Commissioner within 15 days of commencement of the work. If the contractor fails to submit the same within this stipulated period the contract shall be liable to be cancelled and the performance Security of the firm shall be forfeited accordingly.

7. (a) In case of requirement, tradesmen provided for one area may be utilised in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Tools & plants shall be provided by contractor. (c) Temporary laying of LTUG cable of any size and any lenth for restoration of supply during break down / other requirement deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (d) Complaint register and Complaint slip books as per site requirement shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) All workers employed by the contractor shall be in proper uniform with name plate and other safety wearing items , shoes during the duty as per the electricity rules, which deemed to included in quoted rate.

(f) Departmental equipments of each installation,shall be under safe custody . In case of theft of any item from installation recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge. (g) Group insurance for the operators shall be made by the contractor. Documents shall be submitted to the department. (h) Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for leave/reserve of staff.

SCHEDULE "A' PART - II

M&L preparation of steel surfaces and including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS pipe 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per Sl. item No. 05 above but of 100 mm bore

M&L for spray painting to electric driven pump set of capacity upto 10 HP with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including inlet & out let pipe lines on steel surface complete including preparation of old painted steel surface and writting MES number all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairing / Servicing and reassembling the Jockey pump set and motor of capacity 20/25 HP or 14/18.5 KW as per the original assembly after repairs / replacing the worn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered, including cleaning, replacing the bearings for both pumps & motors including packing bolts, nuts washers and MS clamps etc and applying one coat of approved synthetic enamel paint paint on exposed steel surface, making the pump and motor fully serviceable including machine work etc, refixing and testing & commissioning the both for satisfactory operation on its full load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Routine testing and maintenenace of internal & external fire fighting equipment of all buildings including yard hydrant, fire inlet valve, terrace valves, fire brigade inlet valve, NRV's, wet risers, floor landing double hydrant valves, hose with hose reel assembly and acessories for smooth and trouble free operation at N Vihar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling centrifugal pump coupled with electric motor 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz from the foundation bed for repairs and including by removing the couping and foundation bolts etc, replacement of unserviceable parts i.e. impeller nut, keys, lock washer, gasket and greasing, reassembling coupling in position and reinstall the pump with necessary bolts, nuts and washers, cleaning and removing the scales of the following capacity of the pumpsets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Note: The quoted is deemed to inclusive of necessary spares as required at site.

Taking down existing electric motor of following capacity 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 cycles AC from foundations bed / coupling, opening the motor, taking to workshop and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and same No of turns of existing make insulating winding with existing class of insulation varnishing baking up including replacement of base foundation nuts, bolts and re-installation of motor with suitable packing materials and connecting to the pump, testing the motor to satisfactory performance complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
