To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have financial turnover in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26. Achieved minimum financial turnover of Rs. 15.10 Lakhs in any two financial years in Consultancy Services. The profit and loss accounts statements duly signed by the CA with UDIN no.

Completed successfully at least minimum ONE DPR Project cost of Rs.1886.29 lakhs Similar nature of work in any one year of during past five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 for Govt Dept projects only. Consultant should submit the previous Projects designs and drawings. Credentials obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished.

The Consultant shall preferably Own a Full Fledged NABL Laboratory or MOU with NABL accredited Labourtory within karnataka. With all the relevant equipments photos, bills/invoice, calibration certificates and necessary documents to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes. CTM, Rebound hammer is manodatory.

The Consultant Shall not have been Blacklisted or Terminated in any of their Previous Projects and Shall not have any Litigation History in any of their Previous Projects Agency/Supplier should be upload Affidavit on Rs 100 Bond Paper stating that No misappropriation of fund, No criminal case and No Black list. Put the Name of work or Indent no in the bond paper is compulsory
