Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L Coloured Glazed Ceramic tiles (Digital Designer tiles) 300 x 450 and 6-7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 with all possible design combination as specified by Engr-In-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles(Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles(Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but skirting includig 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items i.e.. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc., of any description and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celling etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers i.e.. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.
