Burner motor to be overhauled with new bearing,all defective spares to be enewed,solenoid valves must be checked. Renew if it is required.Boiler should be made operational. All the safeties to be tried out.All required materials are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.all machining works,pullers,welding,cutting and brazing works are in contractor scope

Paint the STP compartment inside and outside as per painting scheme.Clean filters, settling tank mesh, diffusers & ejectors fitted in the vacuum pump suction line. The vacuum pump suction line flaps to be replced with new one. Ejector line to inspect and repairs as required. STP plant level sensorand high level alarm to be checked. same need to be renewed if it found defective. STP to offered for ISPP survey.
