Manning and operation for of HT 11 KV sub-station at 104 Area routine maintenance of HT feeders from MRS 9IRSD, HT VCBs , HT structures, RMUs, back up protection, Battery bank system, RMUs, distribution transformers etc located at 104 Area/ SVN colony/Nirman Park areas and electrical breakdowns to external electric supply network from 11 KV MRS to 11 KV/0.433 KV sub-stns,routine maintenance includes minor replacments like fuses, jumpers, insulation taping, applying petroleum jelly, termination of burnt LT cables of transformers out goining by using lugs etc of entire 104 Area/ SVN colony/Nirman Park area for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 Hours each all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Manning and operataion for HT11 KV Substation at M'Gedda Filtration plant & Jackwell No.1 & 2, monitoring of HT take over point from APEPDCL and routine maintenance of external electric supply network of 11 KV and connected switch controls up to main distribution boards at Filtration plant, Jackwells, HT structures, distribution transformers, Power factor Control Panels, back up protection, street light feeders and all other connected switchgears and electrical breakdowns to external electric supply network from HT/LT feeders, street light feeders and all other connected switchgears routine maintenance includes minor replacments like fuses, jumpers, insulation taping, applying petroleum jelly, termination of burnt LT cables using lugs and tightening of busbars/terminations etc of entire M'Gedda Filtration plant & Jackwell No.1 & 2 area for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 Hours each all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : Outsourcing : Minimum one Skilled operator (electrician) and Semi-skilled operator (Mate) per shift of 08 Hours. Note: The HT installation at Jack well is approx 1.5 KM away from M'Gedda Filtration plant, which is to be monitored by the same duty staff.

Note for Item No.1 & 2: Minimum One Skilled operator (electrician) and Semi-skilled operator (Mate) per shift of 08 Hours to be outsourced for each shift of 08 hrs round the clock in three shifts. Any additional manpower for early restoration of supply is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) HT Complaints should be attended with in 30 min and rectification should be recorded. Necessary transportation should be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be included in Quoted rate. (c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of HT overheadlines binding with new wire, aluminium lugs, HT insulation taping, petroleum jelly complete .(e) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of suitable capacity tinned copper HT fuse wires, HT discharge rod telescopic type -03 Nos, 11 KV tested HT Hand gloves -03 Nos at each location. (f) HT OH lines from respective APEPDCL sub station to take over point mentioned above to be patrolled once in a month for preventive breakdowns.

Outsourcing for manning and operation for HT 11 KV sub-station 32 WEU/ HFDF area including DG sets, monitoring of HT take over point from APEPDCL and routine maintenance of HT structures, back up protection,LT distribution panel boards,external electric supply network of 11 KV and connected switch controls up to main distribution boards at buildings, distribution transformers, Power factor Control Panels, street light feeders and all other connected switchgears etc located at 32WEU/ HFDF area , including attending electrical breakdowns to external electric supply network from 11 KV MRS to 11 KV/0.433 KV sub-stns and connected switch controls up to main distribution boards at buildings, HT structures,HT over head lines,transformers, back up protection, street light feeders and all other connected items; routine maintenance includes minor replacments like fuses, jumpers, insulation taping, applying petroleum jelly, termination of burnt LT cables using lugs and tightening of busbars/terminations etc of entire 132WEU/ HFDF area for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 Hours each all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Outsourcing : One Skilled operator (electrician) and Semi-skilled operator (Mate) per shift of 08 Hours.

Note : (i) HT OH lines from respective APEPDCL sub station to take over point mentioned above to be patrolled once in a month for preventive breakdowns.Additnal manpower required for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Necessary transportation should be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be included in per shift rate. (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of suitable capacity tinned copper HT fuse wires, HT discharge rod telescopic type -03 Nos, 11 KV tested HT Hand gloves -03 Nos at each location.

(iii) The operator shall ensure by trial run and be alert to run the DG Set within 5 minutes of supply failure at 32WEU/HFDF area.

(iv) (a) HSD oil required for running DG Set will be issued under Schedule ‘B’ free for filling which will be made available at site by Department. (b) It is the contractor’s responsibility to maintain the minimum reserve of oil in tank at any time and as directed by EIC. (c) Necessary Men power required to load the HSD oil at Store yard and to unload the HSD Oil at site shall be arranged by contractor and the rate quoted shall include for the same.
