Fabrication, S.I.T.C of Outdoor MV Feeder Pillar Panel with double door arrangement made out of 3mm thick outer sheet and 2mm thick inner sheet and partition CRCA sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type WITH TOP CANOPY FOR RAIN PROTECTION, Confirming to IP55, floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power Supply System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal UPTO THE HEIGHT OF 450 MM, Cable Entry provision etc. as required and comprising of following: A. Three Nos. of 320 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCBs with Thermal Magnetic Releases for OC/SC/EF Protection as INCOMERS with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps, Multifunction meter i/c. CTs Interlocking Facility with Incomers as required. B. Three lock one key system with mechanical interlocking arrangement for incomers as required. C. TPN SPD, type-1, Uc = 275 V, Imax = 25 KA (10/350µs) with isolating MCB & indicators= 02 nos. D. Four Nos. of 250 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Releases for Protection as Outgoing, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Digital Ammeters with CTs as required. E. Fabrication and S.I.T.C of 250A Rating, 4 Pole in Sheet Steel Enclosure on load Changeover Swith complete with Phase barrier, Handle Assembly having Door Interlock and Padlocking arrangement, Outdoor MV Feeder Pillar Panel with double door arrangement made out of 3mm thick outer, CRCA sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type WITH TOP CANOPY FOR RAIN PROTECTION, Confirming to IP55 floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power Supply System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal UPTO THE HEIGHT OF 450 MM, Cable Entry provision etc. as required.

Supply of 3.5C x 240 Sq.mm, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required. (Note: If the manufacturer does not have NABL accredited Laboratory samples from site shall be collected jointly by AAI and the agency and it will be sent to NABL accredited Laboratories / Govt Laboratories / IIT / IISc / IISER / College /University for acceptance Testing as per IS. The contractor will do all Liasoning, Transportation etc. and pay the testing charges. Nothing extra will be paid by AAI. if it is found that the cable supplied is not as per the requirement of IS, The supply will be rejected or recovery shall be made from the bill or any due pending with AAI from any airports)

Supply of 3.5C x 185 Sq.mm, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required. (Note: If the manufacturer does not have NABL accredited Laboratory samples from site shall be collected jointly by AAI and the agency and it will be sent to NABL accredited Laboratories / Govt Laboratories / IIT / IISc / IISER / College /University for acceptance Testing as per IS. The contractor will do all Liasoning, Transportation etc. and pay the testing charges. Note: Only required quantity of HDPE Pipe to be supplied and laid at site. If any balance pipe is available after laying and same shall be taken back by agency. Payment will be made as actual utilization at site. Nothing will be paid extra.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number 90 mm dia., PE63, PN-6, HDPE, Pipe on wall surface (Clamped with 40x3mm GI flat clamp with Steel fastener) as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m and (Size 1.5m x 1.5m) including dressing of sides getting out the excavated soil, filling up to 35cm with fine sand and mediam class bricks (8cm sand : cable laying : 17cm sand and one layer of bricks) after refilling excavated soil etc., in layers and disposal of surplus excavated soil as per direction of E-I-C as required

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 100mm dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) in PCC Road complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-positioning same with PCC etc., as required (Note: Excavation of PCC / Bitumin Road cutting and laying of pipe in trench and re-positioning with PCC)

Making Horizontal boring of dia not less than 150mm by using suitable mechanical arrangement, Sensor operated, Min. 2Mtr Depth, horizontal bore well suitable for inserting of 150mm Dia. HDPE Pipes. job including Supplying and Inserting of 150mm Dia. PE-100 Grade, PN-8, HDPE Pipe, jointing of pipes in bore well hole etc., complete is required.

Demolishing Brick Wall / PCC / RCC by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation / road crossing etc., including fram work etc as required.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for covering of man hole of size 2mtr x 2mtr of cable trench etc., including following work etc., as required. Note: (2Mtr x 0.5Mtr) x 4 Nos of plate per each manhole A. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources) B. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. C. Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of wall-mounted 120kA, single-phase Digital Grounding Device suitable for outdoor application having protection against lightning surge, static charge and other abnormal electrical disturbance, etc and ensuring earth to a neutral voltage less than 01 V, inbuilt digital lightening surge counter, self-health visual system indication with the facility to monitor online in a pre-wired pulverulent body painting including accessories like isolation MCB, cover, wiring clamping, etc complete in all respect as required. (Make: ECA3G, Model: LP-13-20 or Equivalent)

SITC of maintenance free earthing system set consisting of one Galvanized Pipe in pipe earthing electrode of Outer dia. 48-50mm and inner dia. 25mm, 3Mtr. In Length along with two bags(25kg) of ground Enhancement Material (GEM) with one set of clamp and Earth pit chamber including providing & laying of 70sq.mm single core flexible copper down conductor cable from panel terminal upto earth pit (20mtr approx.)
