Note: The job is to be considered LUMPSUM CONTRACT (LSTK). For payment purpose, the detailed BOQ are given below for convinent of making payment as per progress.
Designing RCC memebers for various structures such as RCC buildings, RCC water tanks/sumps/overhead tanks, dykes, Public health system for toilets, septic tanks and including providing architectural features for the building.Process & Instrumentation Diagram, Hydraulic Diagram, Site Layout Plan and Site Grading Plan, Single Line Diagram, Basic Electrical and Instrumentation Drawings, Control Philosophy, Quality Assurance Plan, Civil and Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings, Structural Designs and Drawings and Construction Drawings, Mechanical Equipments Datasheets and Drawings, Electrical and Instrumentation Drawings and Datasheets including PLC and SCADA, Drawings of Ancillary Works and Non Technology Structures, As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals etc. complete all those required for completion of project even though not mentioned specifically hereunder as per directions of Engineer-In Charge. to suite the conditions of Rawatbhata, Kota, Rajasthan like wind velocity 44m/sec and Zone II for earth quake for static analysis and dynamic analysis using any standard software like STAAD pro, NISA, etc, including submitting design basis report (DBR) for the structures analysed, designed for various members using relevant BIS codes/ international codes. Note :- Drawings shall be provided in A1 size or equivalent in AUTOCAD in transperencies with 5 hard copies each including making correction/ to suit site conditions complete as directed.Technology provider is a must.

Instrumentation works including all equipments, and switches like pressure gauges, level switches , level transmitters etc. as per List attached for 0.25 MLD STP consisting of Primary Treatment Units, Biological Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Process Units, Chlorination Units, Sludge Dewatering Units, etc. as per above mentioned units
Integrating, Installation, Testing, Commissioning including PLC and SCADA of 0.25 MLD Raw Sewage Pumping Station, 0.25 MLD STP including supply of all Material, Labour & T&P etc. complete.
Operation and Maintenance for 5 years of the various Units of 0.25 MLD Raw Sewage Pumping Station, 0.25 MLD Capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) technology as a whole including Supply of Chemical and Consumables, Disposal of Plant Residuals (e.g. Screenings, Grit and Dewatered Sludge), Manpower required, General Maintenance of Civil Structures, Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Mechanical Equipments, Electrical Items, Field Instruments etc., Cost of Collection, Analysis, Reporting, Monitoring and Maintaining Record of Samples from the Raw Sewage and Treated Sewage daily collected at least for one time a day from the Entry and Exit of the STP Units thereon (excluding Power ) as mentioned in the Tender.

I. EARTH WORK :
Earth work in over areas by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means/controlled blasting to required profile, level, grade, camber, etc in all soils/strata as mentioned below upto all depths as per drawing and as directed, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm in plan area including dressing of excavated sides and ramming of bottoms and disposal / stacking of excavated materials within a lead of 150m and all inferent lifts and filling in layers not exceeding 200mm, watering, consolidation etc. complete all as per specifications, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
A)Soft rock
B)Hard rock ( by chiselling or wedging or rock hammer and cutter or hydraulic splitter or by using machine such as poclain with jack hammer or controlled blasting or by approved chemical method as directed by EIC)
Earthwork excavation in foundation/plinth beams in soft rock upto the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc., complete.
a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.
b) Above 1.50 m upto 3.0m depth from average ground level.
Excavation in foundations in hard rock by chiseling, wedging or any other agreed method upto the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated rock, filling extra cut pockets with cement concrete 1:4:8 using 20 mm coarse aggregate at no extra cost to the Department, stacking useful stone, disposing spoil within a distance of 50 m -
a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.
b) Above 1.50 m upto 3.0m depth from average ground level.
Disposal of surplus excavated materials including crushing of cut pieces/boulders of soft/hard rock, loading, transporting, unloading, Filling and levelling plinth , sides of foundation etc., in identified low lying areas within campus iusing mobile crusher, collecting the stone boulders/pieces, crushing the bolders using mobile crushers or any approved machinery, transporting the crushed material by mechanical means within the campus, spreading & filling in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering, consolidation using roller to obtain 90% proctor density and levelling including stacking the surplus crushed materials at the designated location as shown etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: i) The excavated soft and hard rock materials shall be crushed to a grain size (as decided by users) by an automated/compact electrically operated crusher machine installed at site.
ii) Crushing to a grain size shall also include Manufacturing of Fine / Crushed Aggregates of required size and grading confirming to IS: 383/ IS: 2116 from available rock and excavated, making aggregate by using stone crusher and sieves/screens or equivalent machinery/equipment suitable for making Concrete/ mortar of various Grades as per IS: 456 / 2250 including, testing the aggregates, all consumables, labour, tools and tackles,permits, protective measures for air borne pollution like sprinkling water, all lifts, etc complete as directed. iii) Providing, Installation, Operation and maintanace of crusher and other machinery of required capacity with all permits are in the scope of contractor and no extra payment shall be payable for this.
Filling available excavated earth (Crushed Sand avialable inside campus) in plinth , sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering , lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.
Lead charges for the 1st 1 KM or part thereof for additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively
a) For soil for 1KM lead.
b) For rock/debris for 1KM lead
II. CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) :
Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas.
Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix of Grade M - 25 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 330 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with manufactured sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork as specified and directed for grade slab and retaining wall etc., Note:- The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas.
a) Below plinth level (including grade slab)
b) Above plinth level.
Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 350 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crused stonesand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork as specified and directed. Note:- The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas.
a) Below plinth level .
b) Above plinth level.
Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of M-20 required size in RCC insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed. Note: RMC shall be of the manufactured sand. The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas.
III. FORM WORK :
Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed.
a) Below and Upto Finish Floor Level.
b) Above Finish Floor Level
IV. REINFORCEMENT & STRUCTURAL STEEL
Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level with high yield strength deformed bars confirming to IS 1786 with TM Treated steel of Tata, Vizag, Sail, Jindal make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.
Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work for trusses, purlins, monorials, plat forms etc using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make), loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) For Rolled steel sections.
b) For plain plates/chequered plates. .
Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel tubular Truss and purlins using MS tubes conforming to IS 1161 or 806 and its accessories like base plates, cap plates, gusset plates using standard steel sections and plates coforming to IS 2026, of M/s Tata. Vizag steel, Jindal or SAIL at and at all heights and above plinth level, work shop fabricated, removing of scales, welding (using welding rods of D&H, ADVANI, PHILIPS)/bolting, transporting to site in suitable parts, erecting in position in line, level using crane/ derricks or any suitable means, connecting with approved bolts and nuts wherever required, including painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint (Asian paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Pedilitie, Nerolac) of approved shade for all exposed surfaces, complete as specified and directed.
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes of GI in medium quality conforming to relevant BIS codes of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed.
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels complete and as directed.
Providing and fixing MS frame work for MS wicketgate/ MS tubular gates single/ double leaves/wiket of required size along with or without wicket gate , comprising steel tube frame with MS flat for horizontal, vertical and diagonal stiffeners, including welding flat to frame work, sand providing necessary heavy duty ball bearing side hung hinges, lugs, latches, locking arrangements, pipe inserts and other fittings and fixtures necessary for smooth operation of gates, providing nd fixing/welding MS spikes of 12mm square bars at not more than 150c/c and painting with one coat of zinc oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
V. PRE-ENGINEERING STRUCTURE :
Design, Supply, Fabrication and Erection at Factory, Pre Engineered Frames, Purlins, Side cladding runners (Girts), sky lights, roof extractors, ventilators etc., by cutting, welding, straightening at workshop, conveying, assembling, erecting at work site at all levels by bolts and nuts including subsequent field welding, drilling, grinding, bolting wherever required and hoisting in position for structural steel work. The job includes provision of cold formed sectional members for Z purlins/girts, pre-engineered frames using M.S Plates, tie beams, catwalk, crane girders, platforms, ladders for the members wherever required as per design, suitable supporting system for fixing polycarbonate/translucent sheeting to prevent dislodging etc., complete as specified and directed.
a) Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Primary Structural Steel Members including rafters, columns, Crane Gantries, etc., of built up sections made out of M.S Plates having minimum thickness of 6.00mm and minimum strength not less than Grade E 350 and Quality "C" as per the Table -1 of IS 2062 : 2011 to relavent ASTM manufactured by M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, Jindal, SAIL make including painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1(One) coat of Zinc Chromate primer of make M/s. Asian Paints, Johnson and Nickelson, Berger, Nerolac, etc., including welding with MIG/MAG welding in a well established workshop using electrodes or fillers of make M/s. L&T, D&H, Advani, etc., transportation of members to site, bolting/ welding at field by MIG/MAG, erecting members using suitable cranes/jigs/pulleys in line , level, plumb etc., complete as specified and directed. Note: The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards equivalent to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS 1367:2002
b) Providing and Fixing Secondary Structural members including Purlins, Girt members, Eaves, Struts, Ridges and other items made out of Galvalume cold rolled sheets of Z shape not less than 2.0 mm thickness of strength not less than Grade E 350 and Quality "C" as per the Table -1 of IS 2062 : 2011 manufactured by M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, Jindal, SAIL make including ga;vanizing as per relevant code with coating not less than 275g/m2 , fixing to main members using Bolts and Nuts conforming to A325 ASTM standards equivalent to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS 1367:2002 including overlaps, etc., all complete as specified and directed. Note: Overlaps will not be measured for payment.
c) Providing and Fixing Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Sheets for roofings and claddings using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) and strength not less than 350 N/Sqmm including flashings, corners, ridges, eaves boards, etc., of approved make including fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel self tapping, self drilling and self fastening screws, and EPDM Washers, etc., all complete as directed. a) Roofing & cladding colour coated Galvalume sheets & Rain water pipes, etc. Note: Roofing and liner shall be done with insulative material in between. Insulation will be measured separatly.
VI. STONE MASONRY :
Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals and plinth at and at all depths below finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 crushed stone sand) including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed.
VII. BRICK MASONRY :
Brick work using quality fly ash cemnt bricks of 7.5 grade conforming to using cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6crushed stone sand) using of grade conforming to IS 12894 at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed for sub structure etc.,
Brick work using quality fly ash cement bricks of 7.5 grade using cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6crushed stone sand) using of grade conforming to IS 12894 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.
Half brick masonry using fly ash cement bricks as of 7.5 grade in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4crushed stone sand) using of grade conforming to IS 12894 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement.
VIII ROOFING :
Supplying and Fixing Fibre Reinforced Cement Sheets for the slanting Roof and side claddings as shown in the Drawings of 6.0mm thickness, corrugated colour at the bottom conforming to BIS : 459:1992 including overlapping, wastage, metring, fixing with G.I coated “J” or “L” Hook Bolts and Nuts of 8.0mm diameter of required length from approved manufacturer along with Washers required for leak proof joints, cutting the sheets to required sizes, etc., all complete as Specified and Directed. Note: The superficial area of sheets roof covering will be measured on the flat without allowance for laps and corrugations.
Providing and Fixing in position Trapezoidal profiled FRP sheets for Roofing and liner sheeting using sheets of approved manufacturer make,including flashings, corners, ridges, eves board, etc., of approved make including fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel and PVC washers, self drilling and self fastening screws, etc., all complete as directed.
Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm of aerolite make or approved equivalent in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
XI FLOORING :
Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with suitable means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).
Providing and laying rustic ceramic floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ), of Ist quality conforming to IS: 15622, of Johnson&Johnson/Somany/Regency/Rak ceramics or approved make , in all colours, shades, except white, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick cement slurry mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete for flooring and skirting.
Providing and laying non-skid ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ), of Ist quality conforming to IS: 15622, of Johnson&Johnson/Somany/Regency/Rak ceramics or approved make , in all colours, shades, laid on 20mm thick cement slurry mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4crushed stone Sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete for toilets.
Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 200x300/300x30 (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), conforming to IS: 15622 to be, of Johnson&Johnson/Somany/Regency/Rak ceramics or approved make, in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer- in- charge , in dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
Providing and fixing 15/12 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
a) In flooring on a bed of not less than 15 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse crushed stone sand) or as per manufacturer's specification
b) In dado/skirting on not less than 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse crushed stone sand) or as per manufacturer's specification
Providing over RCC flooring, grade slab when concrete is in green condition, finishing top with hard finishing coat using non – metallic floor hardener of Chhabdur or Hardtop or any other equivalent from M/s. Fosroc, STP, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT of approved quality and make at spread rate of 7Kg/Sqm or as specified by manufacturer for heavy duty floor finish including spreading after vacuum dewatering, ramming, consolidation, finishing smooth using power trowel to required levels or slope as specified, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed with vacuum dewatering.
Vacuum dewatering of concrete using vacuum dewater technique for evaporation by way of removing the excess water using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporation filler layers and vacuum filler layers and vacuum generator (80 to 90% vacuum is to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minutes per 25 mm of depth), finishing with power trowel to get smooth finish all as per specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge for grade slab.
Cutting using Diamond saw or any other suitable equipment grooves of size 6mmx12mm in flooring at construction/contraction joints or as directed by design Engineer, including filling with polysulphide, cleaning the joints using compressed air, drying the joint before application complete as directed.
Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for 450 MM height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor
panel this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.
Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compated bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approverd colour,design &pattern.
Kota stone slabs 25mm thick for steps, laid on 20/12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse Msand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. in all levels/height with all lead and lifts including labour, necessary tools and plants, all material, including edging/ nosing and making grooves as per arch design etc,. and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
Cement concrete finish (IPS) with cement concrete 1:2:4, 40 mm thick,using graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size laid to properlevels, ramming, finishing smooth, curing,cost of form work,etc. complete
X. DOORS, WINDOWS, VENTILATORS & R.S :
Supplying and fixing in position approved motor automatic operated (push & pull) steel rolling shutters made from M.S. lathes of not less than 1.25 mm thick including supplying and fixing all necessary fixtures, fittings, top hood, guide channels, shutter suspension shaft not less than 6", ceiling strips providing approved quality of ball bearings, locking arrangements, handles, lugs, cutting, drilling necessary holes in concrete, grouting lugs with cement concrete 1:2:4, including providing and fixing not less than 1.0HP motor of Crompton Greaves, L&T or any approved equivalent along with other accessories for On and Off, level switch connected operatable, applying one shop coat of approved Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as shown in the drawing and as directed (measurement for rolling shutters will be as per the structural openings, hoods shall not be measured separately).
Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames and shutters , of PROFILE - B conforming to IS: 4351, with Frame GI 1.20 mm , Shutter : GI 0.80 mm thick . Frame profile - 100 x 57 mm including ball bearing butt hinge ( SS304 grade), of size 100x75x3 mm with screws, Motrise sash lock (H9-GU-BKS 2160, 65 BS/72/9 mm) , Euro profile 5 pin cylinder 5702, 70mm key , lever handle LT 001, 19 dia with roses & escutcheon (SS304) including painting with one coat of zinc primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint and as directed by Engineer -in-charge..
Providing wood work with CP teakwood in frames for doors using II class teakwood at all heights above plinth level wrought framed and fixed in position including providing and fixing with suitable size of coach screws wherever required / M.S. hold fasts of size 40 mm x 3 mm and 200 mm long, bent to shape embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks for door frames, fixed in position with necessary lugs rawl plugs and screws and coach screws, applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces of door frame and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/concrete, etc., complete as indicated in drawings and as directed.
Providing and fixing in position single leaf flush door shutters of solid block board core, 35 mm thick, at all heights above plinth level internally lipped with second class teakwood, 25 mm deep along all edges of shutters bounded with water-proof type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, hot pressed, Chemicaly treated and with commercial ply finish on both faces providing and fixing under pressure with approved type adhesive 200 x 150 mm laminated sheet on both sides where mortice lock is fixed including providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood rebate at meeting junction of shutters in case of double door shutters, fixing hinges supplied under relevant item to shutter and frame and applying one coat of approved wood primer and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint complete generally as shown in drawings and as specified and directed for single door shutters.
Supplying and fixing in position at all floors integrated bronze anodised matt finished [15 micron thick], aluminium section [extruded] for aluminium Partitions/Doors / windows (sliding/movable) /ventilators/ top hung/ fixed / grill/ adjustable louvered/ windows as per drawing of approved manufactures with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved eqivalent sections with size and weights as shown in the drawing, for frames and shutters [including wastages if any] conforming to relevant I.S specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, locking arrangements, 2 / 3 rollers with ball bearings for sliding shutters of approved quality all as shown in the drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading / glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with thermocole & GE sealant etc. all complete generally as per drawings, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer in charge. but excluding the cost of glazing, which will be paid separately. Note: Approval of the Dept. for the complete design and shop drawing shall be obtained before commencement of the work.
Providing and fixing glazing with 4 mm thick Tinted glass of approved quality (Atul, Modiguard, Triveni, Hindustan Pilkington) including PVC lining as per the drawing and as directed for window shutters and ventilators.
Providing and fixing glazing with 5 mm thick Tinted glass of approved quality ( M/s Triveni, Saint Gobain, Asahi, Modi make) including PVC lining for door shutters / Wall spans / fixed partitions as per the drawings and as directed. (Cost of Aluminium beading required for fixing glass shall be paid in basic item.) for partitions.
Providing and fixing factory made PVC door frame manufactured by M/s. Rajshri or approved equivalent of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC mitered at corners and joined with 2 nos. of 150 mm long brackets of 15 x 15 mm MS square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 19x 19 mm MS square tube of 19 guage. The door frame to be fixed to wall using sheet metal GSK screws of 65/100 mm size including Providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made PVC rigid foam paneled door shutter manufactured by M/s. Rajshri or approved equivalent made from MS tube of 19 gauge thickness, size 19 x 19 mm for styles and 15 x 15 mm for top and bottom rails covered with heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of 5 mm thick sheet and 30 x 50 mm wide form styles and 5 mm thick and 75mm wide PVC sheets fortop rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 5 mm thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Supplying and fixing to doors at and at all heights above plinth level approved best quality anodized extruded aluminium hanging floor door Twin rubber stopper with rubber cushion (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc., complete for twin rubber stopper.
Supplying and fixing to wooden doors etc. and at all heights above plinth level approved anodized extruded aluminium tower bolts conforming to relevant IS specifications (‘Classic’ or its approved equivalent) with approved cadmium plated brass screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.

Supplying and fixing to wooden doors approved anodized aluminium aldrop conforming to relevant IS specifications and with ISI marking classic/ J.S.E. (ECIE) make or any approved equivalent of size 250 x 19 mm with suitable approved CP brass screws, machine screws or bolts for securing clamps from inside etc., complete as directed.
Supplying and fixing to wooden doors at all heights above plinth level approved anodized extruded aluminium handles with round grip and face plate conforming to relevant IS specifications and with ISI marking ‘Classic’/JYOTHI or approved equivalent and of size 150 mm (grip) with approved cadmium plated screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.
Supplying only approved anodized extruded aluminium heavy quality butt hinges with S.S. pin generally conforming to IS specifications CLASSIC, JYOTHI make or approved equivalent make) of size 125 x 63 x 4 mm with cadmium plated wood screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.
Supplying and fixing at and at all heights above plinth level hydraulic door closures of ‘EVERITE’/Godrej make or approved equivalent confirming to IS 3564 with all fixtures, fittings and approved screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.
Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate with stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
XI. PLASTERING AND POINTING :
Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 finished smooth finish, including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4river sand) finished smooth, and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Sand faced plaster 20 mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights above plinth level as given below with base coat in cement mortar 1:4 with approved integrated water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, of M/s. Fosroc/Demach/ Huntsman/ Pedilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT or as per manufacturer’s specifications, 12 mm thick and finishing coat in CM 1:3, 8 mm thick, final rendering, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Providing and applying white cement based internal putty(lapam) of Birla/Jk of not less than thickness 1mm(one) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth cpmplete.
XII. WATERPROOFING :
Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to new terraces an average thickness of 120 mm (minimum 65 mm thick at outlets) in cement mortar not leaner than 1:4 including cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids, honey-combs, etc., in the concrete slab, setting brick bat coba in waterproof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall upto a height of 300 mm in the shape of Vatas, finally treating the top surface and Vatas with waterproof plaster finished smooth with trowel in cement colour with false markings of 300 mm squares,generally as indicated in drawings and as per manufacturers specifications and enclosed specifications whichever is superior as directed.
1)The treatment shall be tested by ponding water for a period of 10 days. If due to location of rain water pipes the average thickness of treatment exceeds 110 mm for easy flow of water the extra brickbat coba will be paid as extra item and the rate for the same to be got approved from the Department before execution 2) The waterproofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone-dry condition for a period of 10 years in the prescribed proforma. 3) The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of terrace covered by the treatment measured between brick/concrete parapets without plaster and the area of vatas calculated by taking the length of vatas and the height above the finished level of the terrace.
Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the inside Raft slab surface by giving injections to concrete bottom slab and walls as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound splution to fill up all inherent holes, voids, honey-combs etc., in concrete and treating the floor and walls with waterproof motar as per specifications of speciallised waterproofing agencies, finishing smooth with trowol in cement colour and testing of water tank by filling up with water as per specifications ect., the thickness of treatment on the floor will be about 50mm and on the walls about 20mm. Note:The water proofing treatment is to be GUARANTEED for bone dry condition for a period of 10 YEARS, the measurement for payment shall be the actual area covered by the treatment, the rate shall be inclusive of testing of tank for water tightness.
Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing (BOX TYPE WATERPRROFING) on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures using rough shabahd stone as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : (i) 1:2:4 PCC 100 MM Thick (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course . Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.
Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge :
Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanad aChemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for drains.
XIII. PAINTING:
Distempering with two finishing coats of synthetic oil bound washable distemper of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger brand, manufacture and shade over two coats of approved cement primer at all heights above plinth level including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding and cleaning, etc., complete and as directed.
Painting exterior walls on sand faced plaster with two coats of antifungus and acrylic emulsion paint of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of exterior quality haying 100% acrylic, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, external putty of Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, applying and filling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.
Alkali resistant Epoxy paint (two or more coats)- Prepare the surface by mechanical grinding or other suitable method and apply Shali Prime CTE, putting and grinding the surfaces wherever necessary using waterproof quality emery paper and applying two finished coats of coal tar epoxy paint of APPROVED MAKE including preparing surfaces scrapping, filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary with epoxy based trowelling compound cost of all materials, scaffolding and labour as per complete as specified and directed for concrete surface. The material shall be stored, handled and mixed strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification viz., M/s. STP Limited etc.
XIV. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :

EARTHING SYSTEM: MAINTENANCE FREE EARTHING SYSTEM : Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing system & associated works, etc. complete as per specifications & instructions of E-I-C of Maintenance Free Copper bonded Earth rod of 6 mtr length having the dia of 25mm with 50 kg nonpolluting chemically inert earth enhancement compound. The electrodes shall be made of high tensile low carbon steel rod, molecular bonded with 99.9% electrolytic copper with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns suitable for 35kA Irms for 1 sec and as per IEC 62561-2.
