Repairing of sluice valve 150/100 mm dia incl replacement of GI Spindle, CI Gate Mechanical sealing complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of RCC under ground sump of capacity 60000 Ltr by removing sludge, mud or any other foreign material from the bottom and internal surface of the tank by wire brushing, cleaning with fresh water bailing out complete water with pump sets, washing internal surface with sufficient quantity of water and bleaching powder (0.10 Kg of bleaching powder will be mixed in 1 ltr of water) finally applying two coats of lime washing on entire internal surface, writing the date of cleaning and capacity of the tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface of external side of iron removal plant of capacity 8000 GPH & all as specified and directed.

Supply only bleaching powder of grade confirming to IS-1065-1989 (2nd Revision) minimum markable chlorine 33.5% by mass packed in HDPE bag of 25 Kg capacity ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Make: E-in-C's approved make/ Eastern Command approved make. Note: (Applicable for all items of this BOQ) (a) The contractor shall produce manufacturers "Certificate of Compliance" indicating date of manufacturer in original alongwith every consignment of supply. (iii) Materials shall be incorporated after independent testing by Engr-in-charge.]

Part-II : REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF DG SETS, SEWAGE PUMPS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS STP AT NMS UNDER AGE (I) NABAGRAM

Maint and servicing of DG sets consisting normal repairs, including replacement of defective/burn out parts by new spares such as oil/diesel filters, gaskets,V belts, Engine oil all as specified,coolent & media, rubber hoses, wornout, clamps, nut and bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and including greassing of bearing etc and made serviceable complete for upto 30 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/ Koel Green/CG. [Note : (i) Checking engine oil level and topping up as and when required . (ii) Oil shall be measures and paid separately (iii) Checking and adjusting the belt for tension and replacement of belt. S&F in repairs new PVC insulated multistranded, copper conductor 70 sqmm multistranded of 1.25 mtr long each duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for DG sets installed at different locations from battery to starter as battery leads, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only engine oil, multi grade 15W40 for topping up OR pouring in engine of DG sets against item No. 2.02 herein before in which labour portion of fixing the item is included draining out the existing old unserviceable oil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Petroleum jelly in 01 kg sealed plastic containers of 1kg each and applying in the battery terminals of the DG sets, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only distilled water for topping up in the batteries all as directed against item No. 2.01 or 2.02 herein before in which labour portion of fixing the item is included, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement Rubber Coupling with nut bolt & washer in between Alternator and Engine & upto 63 KVA DG set, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for strip opening carefully of the existing FIP and injectors and transporting to an service centre for servicing / calibrating including petty repairs to make the FIP functional for capacity of DG set upto 30KVA including necessary spares required for smooth functioning of FIP, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 2.19 above but for 30KVA to 63KVA capacity DG set, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour charges for draining out the Water from engine of radiator , dis-mantling the leaking radiator assembly from the engine body of 63 KVA DG set, transporting to workshop, cutting the bottom chambers, repairing the damaged pipes, brazing the leaking portions ,descaling / clearing all the blocked pipes including repairing the fins, brazing the bottom chambers, testing the radiator for leakages, transporting the same to the site and re-fixing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Labour charges for cleaning for fuel tank both internally and externally by removing all the dust/sediments etc. and M&L for painting of tank, writing of tank capacity, date of cleaning and next due date for tank to be cleaned for capacity of DG set upto 30KVA, including necessary repair works if leackage of oil noticed, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 2.31 above but for 63KVA capacity DG set, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable battery, supply and fix new lead acid battery 12 Volts 100 AH ( heavy duty with electrolyte indicator float including initial charging of the battery connecting up) complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending breakdowns of DG sets through skilled technician from reputed service centre of DG sets with necessary tool kits, checking Engine and alternator for defects, carryout necessary repairs works to rectify the defects without major overhauling/opening of Engine or Alternators, replace of external spare to repair/rectify the defects and testing DG set for its smooth functioning on full load complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) Necessary spares required to rectify the defects shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items. (ii) The complaint shall be attended and rectifed within 24 hrs form time of reporting by Engr-in-Charge or his auth representative. (iii) Any Major defects shall be reported on Priority to Engr-in-charge to avoid undue delay in fuctioning of installation."
